・ いろはの酵素♪♪

　今回は酵素カプセルをご紹介します。　すでに２週間以上試しました。　お勧めですよ～　


　ダイエットを始めてから、酵素の働きを勉強し続けてきました　

　酵素がどう大事なのか。。　酵素には主に３つの働きがあります。　ご存じですか～

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
　消化酵素　　食べたものを消化・分解・吸収してくれるもの
　代謝酵素　　吸収するものと老廃物に分けてくれる大事な働きをするもの　
　食物酵素　　食物の中にある自然な酵素　

　酵素がどうダイエットと関わるのかというと、、、
　素が不足したり食べ過ぎたりすると　「消化酵素」の働きが活発になり、代謝酵素が少なく
　作用するのです。　「代謝」は大事な人間のポンプ役なワケですね。

　そのため「酵素ダイエット」は、酵素を補って代謝酵素に回し、サビのない体にする仕組みを作
　るところから始まるということです。
　理にかなっていますね～

　今までの酵素は、ファスティングには丁度良いドリンク系でした。
　それなりに効果がありましたが、やはり長続きはしませんでした。
　高価なのと、持ち歩きはできなかったですね～

　また、錠剤ものんだことがありますが、あんがい大量に摂取しなければ効果がないものでした。

　今回の　『いろはの酵素』　は、生です！　それがカプセルにギュッと凝縮されているのです。
　　　　　　　　　　
　１日　２～３粒でいいのです。　ソフトカプセルで無味無臭。　とても飲みやすいです。
　そしてこの中には９０種類以上の厳選された酵素が入っているのです。

　すでに飲み続けて２週間が経ちました。
　いい調子です。　お通じももちろんですが、体調がいいです。
　無理なファスティングはしていませんから、しっかり食べながらダイエットをしている感じです。
　つまり、ストレスフリーです。

　ジャグにお茶を４リットル入れて毎日家族で飲んでいます。　このお茶で酵素も飲んでいます。
　震災の影響で購入したジャグですが、、、
　最近はお茶をこれ１本に絞って、皆ここでお茶を飲むようにしています。
　こうすると、子供たちが冷蔵庫を開けずにすみます！
　中には凍らせたペットボトルを３本入れており、毎日入れ替えをしているのです。
