・ジーンゲルマテープ♪♪

　今回は「ボディテープ」のご紹介です。　名前だけでどのようなものか想像つきます？　


　体は快調だけれど、姿勢が悪いせいか　どうしても痛い箇所が常にあります　

　薬を飲むほどのことではないけれど、放置状態なのでは良くないですよね～

　我が子もテーピングすることは多いのですが、テープの質はピンキリです。

　早速　自分のものだ！と言わんばかりの二男が、切って貼っていました。
　本来はコンパクトなタイプなので　カットする大きさではなかったのだけれど、、、
　もったいない精神が働いてしまいました。

　ジーンゲルマテープには、半導体ハイテク素材であるゲルマニウムの超微粉末を貼付面に
　コーティングしてあります。

　　ほら、裏が黒いでしょう？

　ゲルマニウムって聞くと、、、
　ｅｇｇの中では　「風呂」「医療機具」「アクセサリー」というものを連想しますね。
　どれも　「健康に良い」　イメージです～

　息子は足に、ｅｇｇは首に貼りました。　自分じゃ貼れないのに、、、息子はさっさと学校へ

　仕方ないので、職場に持っていき　スタッフに貼ってもらいました。
　スタッフは、裏が黒いのにビックリして　「何ですか？　炭ですか？？」　というリアクション
　ちょっとばかりゲルマニウムについて説明させてもらいましたよ～
　「ゲルマニウムには２種類あってね・・・」　から始まり、ツボ指圧効果があることまで。

　取れなければ３日ほど貼りっぱなしでも大丈夫そうなので試してみました。

　１回では痛みがすぐに和らいでいるかがわかりませんでした。
　２回目に貼った時に軽くなって来ているのを実感しましたね。
　どうしてそれが感じ取れたかというと、あまりに凝り過ぎていて首をぐるっと回せないのが
　痛みは少々伴ったものの、なんと久しぶりに首をしっかりと回すことができたからです！！
　わたしにとってはかなり画期的な出来事　　なんですって！！
