・カゴメ「タコライスソース」でワンプレートランチ♪♪

　今回は「タコライスソース」をご紹介します。　タコライスを食べることってありますか～？　

　その前に　　ワンプレート料理を作ることってありますか　

　eggは　土曜日のブランチによくワンプレートを利用します。
　平日の残り物を、ちょびちょびと出すのです。
　肉も魚も惣菜も、ちょっとずつ出すとこれまたお洒落になるものです。
　パスタやピラフをメインにすることも多いです。
　特に気負うことなく作っていますが、強いていえば彩りには注意してますかね～～～

　「タコライス」でも、素敵なワンプレートが作れることでしょう。
　自宅で　「タコライス」　は、今までも作ったことがあります。　
　沖縄で初めて食べて．．．　ソースをお土産に持ち帰ったことがありました。
　その後は　近所のスーパーには売っていなくて、沖縄物産展などで買っていましたね。

　これからは、気軽に　「タコライス」　が作れますよ。

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

　カゴメタコライスソースのおかげで、これからはスーパーで簡単に購入できるでしょう。

　ところで　タコライス　とは　

　温かいご飯にサルサソースをかけた、沖縄ローカルフードです。
　挽き肉と刻んだレタス、チーズ、トマトのトッピングが主でしょうか？
　何となくハワイのロコモコ丼に似た感じに見えるかもしれませんが、ずっとさっぱりです。
　それはサルサソースが決め手だからですね。すっぱ辛いのが癖になります。

　最近は都内でも「タコライス」専門店があるらしいですね。
　レストランでもメニューに登場している店舗が増えているとの事。一気に全国区ですか？

　スーパーで手軽に購入することが出来れば、一気に広まるでしょうね。

　では、早速クッキング開始です　

　　　材料はこれだけです。

　温めなくてよいので、とーっても手軽ですね。

　　
　　　　　　　温かいご飯にレタスをオン　　　　　　　　　　　　　トマトと目玉焼きも

　　　出来上がりです

　あまりに簡単に出来上がってしまいました。それなのに彩りがよくて健康的なワンプレート！

　子供たちと３皿作って食べました。
　子供の方がトッピングを楽しんでいましたね。　私よりずっと多くチーズを入れていました。
　酸っぱさが合わないかな？と思っていたら、全て平らげていました。
　この程度の酸っぱさと辛さなら大丈夫だということです。
　さっぱりするのでこれから夏にもスタミナ料理になりそうです。　レタスでさっぱりサラダ風。

　これならお弁当にも使えそうですね。
　保冷剤を入れた生野菜類と、ライスを別にしておけば水分の面でも問題ないでしょう。
　食べる時に　「タコライスソース」をかければ美味しくいただけるはず。
　もしかしたら．．．　麺にもいいかもしれませんね～　これからまた挑戦してみます！！

　１人前の分量が女性にもピッタリです。
　長男は．．．．．．欲張ってトッピングしたのでソースを２袋使っていましたｗ
　何しろ新鮮野菜と組み合わせてさっぱり食べられるのがイイです。
　サルサソースは他にも応用できるような．．．そんな可能性を感じる商品ですね
