加賀のお芋で和のスイーツ♪♪

　今回はお芋のご紹介をしましょう。　芋といってもどんな芋？　お菓子のご紹介です。　


　何度かお伝えしていますが、　ｅｇｇの好物は　芋・栗・豆　です。　
　その中でも　バラエティに富んでいるのが　芋ですね　　ホント　大好きなんです。


　　　　　　　　　

　あらぁ～　重厚な箱に入っているのは、どんなお芋なんでしょうね～～その前に金沢の文字

　そうこれは　金沢の「加賀彩」　　
　加賀野菜である金時芋を使った、お店で人気ナンバーワンの加賀野菜スイーツなのです。

　　　　　　　　　

　中身はスイートポテトでした。　しかも、なんとホールなんですね～～　更なる重厚感

　１８センチで約７９０ｇで、８～１０人前もあるボリュームです。
　ｅｇｇ一人占め」？　というわけにはいきませんけれど、スイートポテトには目がありませんの。

　　　　　　　　　

　８等分に切ってみましたぞ。　残りはカットした後大事に冷凍しました。　さてさてお味は。。。

　　　　　　　　　

　とってもしっとりしています。　まずはこのまま食べてみました。　全て滑らかなのではなく、、
　見た目でもわかりますが、ゴロっとしたお芋感が残っていますね～
　
　甘さも抑えられているので、アイスと一緒に食べてみました！
　ちょっと温めてアイスと一緒．．．　こりゃやばい、止まらない美味しさで、ペロリ完食です。

　お次はクリームチーズと合わせてみた所、これもまたイケましたよ。

　これだけふんだんにあると、色々試せて楽しめちゃいました。
　何と言っても、和の無添加スイーツ　加賀の芋菓子ですからね～～　ありがたや～


　考えてみたら、昨日も銀座で加賀料理を食べたのでした。　加賀は上品なイメージ大です！

Robert, they vary. It’s up to your authors. Many on the letters coming up are handwritten, or hand-notated, it’s about half and half. Though most of your first letters were typed. The fourth letter was a comic.
