　ほのかな甘みを感じ、柔らかさといったら抜群ですね。　そして味わい深い。
　ずっと噛んでいたくなります。　
　味噌は最初濃く感じたのですが、後がもったいなくて　豆腐を入れて食べ切りましたぞ
