・とまらない美味しさ♪♪

　今回は「こんぶ」をご紹介しましょう　こんぶと言っても、生・出汁用など・・・色々ですね



　ちょっとその前に　　　昨日のディズニーシーの激混みは何だったの　

　ランドの方が混むだろう・・・と踏んで、シーに行ったはずだったのに、シーの中は異様だった。
　ダッフィーだらけです。
　いつからシーの模様は　ダッフィー抱っこが当たり前になっていたの？　何？なに？
　何だか状況が飲みこめず、ダッフィー命のファンで　シーはごった返していました。

　ファンの方　ごめんなさい　　　　ダッフィーファンだらけで、何だか疎外感がありました。
　一緒に楽しむためには　私もダッフィーｏｒシェリーメイのぬいぐるみを抱いていないと......

　考えないようにしよう！　と思っても、あまりにウエイティングタイムが長く、ずっとその間
　ダッフィーワールドでしたからねぇ～。
　次は2か月後にお友だちと一緒にいく予定でしたが、ランドを希望しようっと。
　　
　何のことやら　さっぱりわからない方には　更に申し訳ない愚痴でしたね～～

　しかし、並んで待つ時間中、もっとも助かったのが携帯していた「こんぶ」でした。。。。。


　沖縄の海の恵みを受け取りました　　待ち時間のお供に持って行って大正解　

　　　　ありがとうございます！とeggの名前入り

　全体像を撮るために、そぉっとシールを剥がしました。

　　　はーいコレ。『もろみ酢こんぶ結び』

　実は...好き嫌いが多い私は、お酢すら苦手なのです。
　それでもだんだんと大人への階段を登り.....................

　ドレッシングが大丈夫になってきました
　⇒　寿司飯もすこしなら食べられるように
　⇒　ポン酢もきついものでなければ少しなら
　⇒　もろみ酢のまろやかなものなら　
　こんな感じで、幅を少しずつ広げてきました　　それによって最近はシメサバも　

　いつかお寿司のヒカリモノが美味しいと言えるようになるのかな？絶対に無理だろうな～
　と思っていたのに、何とかなってくるものですね。

　ただし、ここまでの軌跡で（っておおげさ）、ポイントがあります。
　どれも　「美味しいお酢」　との出会いによって大丈夫になったということです。

　
　今回のこんぶに使われているお酢は、久米島沖縄長寿苑のもろみ酢です。
　優しい甘さです。　それによってこんぶも程よく柔らかくなっています。　ツンと来なくてイイ！

　　　　　　　　

　個包装になっているのもいいですね。　だから持ち歩きにも最適だったわけです。
　１袋に３つ（３本）入っています。　佃煮ではないですから...自然なこんぶとお酢の味。

　酢茎わかめは、噛んでもよし舐めていてもよし。　長い時間楽しめました。
　もちろん息子も大好き。　「後いくつ残っている・・・？」　と、チェックしながら食べたほどです。

　一度口にするとやめられませーん。　おやつにも、おつまみにも重宝します。
　花見にもいいですね～　

　保存料や着色料は一切使用していません。

　昨夜はＴＤＬから帰ってきたのが夜１１時。　お風呂に入って疲れを取ったつもりだったけれ

ダッフィーってかなりの人気みたいですね^^
先日電車に乗ってたら、向えの座席に座ってる方が二人も
携帯にダッフィーのストラップつけてて
しかも、どちらもしっかり大人な年齢の方だったから
人気だとは聞いてたけど、ホント凄いんだなって^^;
