目標達成！！

　皆さんのところに行けていないままで申し訳ありませんが、今日もちょっとだけ綴らせて



　今年１月６日～始めた　ダイエット　

　順調に減り始め、５キロはすぐにダウン　⇒　６キロ　⇒　７キロ　・・・　⇒　９キロ

　ここまでは順調だったけれど、この後がきつかった。

　それがようやく・・・ようやく　１１キロ減

　うれしーーーーーー

　実は今から　花見です　　　でもここではお酒は絶対に飲みませ～ん　

　なぜならば。。。
　　　　　　　　　　　夜に中学の頃からの仲間３人で女子会を開くからです。

　こっちがメインなのだ　　ここでは...飲むぞおおおおお　

　では...　手作りピザが焼けたようなので、花見に持っていきます。　いってきま―――ース
