・ミルミルな日

　ヤクルトミルミルのご紹介です。　第３弾になります。　ミルミルを飲み始めて丸３週間。


　ミルミルを３週間　１日も休まず飲み続けられました　　達成感ありデス

　ｅｇｇがミルミルを飲む時間は、朝の喧騒から放たれた時です。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

　　　ホットドックにナゲットとウズラを挟んだだけ

　　　二男の大好きな鶏そぼろ弁当

　　　夕飯を食べなかった長男には、昨夜の残り物で

　　　全ての残り物で　三男がサッカーに行く前の小腹用

　彼らを送り出し、ｅｇｇはようやく朝のウォーキングに出かけられるのです　

　今日は曇り空。　いつもとコースを変更して隣の区まで行ってみましょう！　

　　

　公園をウォーキング。　何の変哲もない公園のように見えますが・・・　実はココ　空中公園。
　下は清掃処理場で、数十メートル階段ｏｒ坂を登ってようやく着く公園なんですよ～
　真ん中の図でわかるかと。。。　遠くに見える高速と同じような高さなのです。
　テニスコートに、和風庭園や池もあり、歩いていても景色が変わっていくので楽しいところです。


　家に着き、シャワーを浴びた後に自分の時間を感じながら飲むのがミルミルだったのですよね～

　　　　　　　

　３週目はヤクルトレディにお会いできました。　
　フランクに話ができる、２人のお子さんを子育て中のパワフルレディでした。

　お金の支払いをしながら、、、「体の調子はいかがですか～？」　とリサーチ。

　自然な状態での排泄があることを伝えると、我がことのように喜んでくれて、こちらまでウキウキ

　「ミルミルは、ゆるい人には固く、固い人にはゆるく　と、どちらにも有効なのです」　と説明あり。

　なるほど！！　
　ｅｇｇのような頑固な便秘持ちも、三男のように直ぐにお腹を下して整腸剤が欠かせない人でも
　家族全員ハッピーになる飲み物ということですね。

　お代はスーパーでの購入も、宅配も変わりませんでした。　引き続きお世話になります

　今日は月曜日。　週末もまたバタバタト過ぎてしまいました。　自分だけのゆっくりタイム

清掃処理場がすごいですね。
姉は大阪のスカイビルで働いてて、
そこにも空中庭園があり、緑というより建築モダンな感じ。
まあ積水ハウスですし、建物中心なので当たり前ですが。
夜景も見渡せるそうです。
ちなみに一般は、有料でみれます。
