　今日はスキムミルクのご紹介。　以前もご紹介しましたが、パン作りに凝っております

　雪印メグミルクさんにいただいて、昨月から作り続けています。
　ようやく　３月１日より店頭でお目見えするようになりました。　是非スーパーをチェックして下さい。

　雪印さんのサイトには、アイデアレシピも多数掲載されているので、あれこれチャレンジできます。

　雪印 パン用スキム ホームベーカリー用を使用する事で、ふっくら焼き上がるのはもちろん
　翌日までふっくらが続くというのが、何とも嬉しい状態なのですよ！！

　今回もまた作りましたよ～。　


　　　じゃーん　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　お初のヨーグルトパンを

　どんなふうに仕上がるかと思ったら．．．
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
　地味に出来上がりました。
　しっとりタイプで焼き上げたので、ずっしりと重みがあります。　このまま食べてみました。
　うーん　風味が感じられない．．．
　不味いわけではないですよ。　風味がないので、まるでプレーンの食パンみたい。

　ということで、翌日は冷して作ったコレを乗せて食べることにしました。
　　　　　　　　　　　　
簡単パテです。
主な材料はシーチキンで、かんたーんクッキング。
混ぜて固めただけですから。。。

ヨーグルトパンと共に食べたら、そのまま食べたらあまり味が
しなかったヨーグルトと、シーチキンに混ぜたマヨネーズを感じ
るようになりましたぞ。

さらには、ずっしりしっとりパンの柔らかさもそのままで！
このパン用スキムのおかげで、翌日もふっくらが嬉しいですね～
パサつかず翌日もイイ感じで食べられました。



　一番最近作ったのは　コレ　　　　ガーリック味の大豆粉イギリスパンです。

　　

　ＨＢで作るのでもちろん失敗せず。　ガーリックと大豆粉の甘味が引き立っています。
　もちろん翌日もしっとりふわふわでしたよん。　子供たちが食べてくれるのが何より嬉しい



　昨夜・・・ひょんなことから飛んだブログにハマってしまい・・・　ほぼ徹夜でブログを読み漁り
　最後には、今日１日かけて何年か振りに「株」に手を出しました。　既にマイナスです
