　一緒に入れてしまっても問題ありません。　使い方は至って簡単でして　

　案外油にはこだわりがありまして．．．　今日は太白ごま油をキャノーラ油で割って入れました。
　使い差しの油でも使えちゃうんですって。
　加熱する前に油の鍋にポンと入れておくだけ。　後はそのままでいいそうです。
