　長らく皆さんのブログにお邪魔できていないままの更新です。　早くペースを戻さなきゃ！　


　体調を悪くしてからもう６日になろうとしています　　ダラダラ横になり、怠け癖も．．．

　いかん！いかん！
　どうしたら私はシャキッとなれるのかしら。　って、とても簡単な方法があるのです。
　それは　旅行　
　つい先日　長崎から帰ってきたのでは？　しかも、その旅行記も途中じゃありませんかぁ

　分かっているつもりですが．．．　次なる計画がなく、ボーッとしてしまうのですよね。

　そこで思い切ってダーリンに投げかけてみた。　「年内に１泊でいいからどこか行かない？」　と。
　返事は何となくＯＫ　　あまり気乗りしていないようなので、気が変わらないうちに急げ

　吐き気が続いていたのもどこへやら～～
　人参をぶら下げられた馬は、一目散に旅行計画に走っています。
　どうしたって週末しか行けないので、もうかなり埋まっているみたいですが、頑張るぞぉ　

　富士五湖方面か、栃木、はたまた千葉か、、、　どちらにしても近場ですけれどね。


　
　ちょっと元気が出てきたのと、これから天気が悪くなってくるというので、急いで作ったもの。

　何気に　　グロテスク？？

　これは半日天日干しをした、生マッシュルームです。　３パック分ですよ～
　八百屋さんで、３パックで１００円の大売り出しがあったのです。
　　
干して、小ビンに詰めて冷蔵庫へ　
あれこれ使えるので　こんな保存もオススメできます。

サラダにこのままトッピングもしちゃいます。
スープに浮かべるもよし、玉子焼きやオムレツにインも。
他にはどんな風に使えるでしょうか？

例えば　レンコンなども、よく日干しします。
炒め物やキンピラでも、少々干した方が旨みがでますね。

このビンの中に、乾燥剤を入れると更に持ちがよくなることでしょう。
何となく思い付きで作った物のご紹介でした　　　　　
少し元気を取り戻したことだし、まずは長崎旅行記の続きを作成しなくてはなりません。

　土曜日はまたまた二男の学校で役員会。　しょっちゅう学校に出向いているわぁ。高校だと
