・江戸の味 山本海苔 ♪♪

　今日は焼き海苔のご紹介です。　しかもめでたい、貴重な限定品でございますわよ～　



　海苔の缶はどのお宅にもありますよね　
　お江戸日本橋　　の缶から。
　ここのは　私にとって懐かしいものばかり。
　缶は何年も使うので、模様の記憶が薄れることはありません。

　一番有名なのは　「梅の花」のだいだい色ですけれど．．．
　小さく梅の花を象ったものも　どれも馴染みのものばかり。

　それが．．．今回、お初の缶がお目見えしたのです。　　ご紹介したいのはコレのことです。
　その前に　まずはこんな風に届いたところからお伝えしましょ。

　缶の包み方って独特で難しいのですよね。　
　eggは高校生の時に習いました　（今できるかな？）　この形で届いたことが尚嬉しかった。

　開けてみるとこの通り素敵な缶！
　描かれているのは「日本橋」
　何度かブログでも伝えましたが、eggは日本橋１－１－１　という住所のビルに勤めていた
　ことがあるので、　日本橋のたもとにある山本海苔店さんは　よーく存じております。
　毎日通勤で渡っていた日本橋。
　架橋１００周年なんですね～　記念して作られた　この焼海苔缶。　貴重ですっ

　
　いい風味、ホッとする磯の香りが漂います。
　山本海苔店『日本橋架橋100周年記念「焼海苔」』　のもので、特別な感じがします。
　でも　非売品ではありません。
　１缶　１０５０円で販売しております。　記念にいかがでしょうか～
　もちろん　お味はお墨付きでございます。　って　egg以上にご存じだったりして(笑）

＞何を書いているかというよりも　作業力・集中力を競っているのでしょうね～
