・銀箔入りわらび餅の新食感デザート ♪♪

　今日は和菓子のご紹介をいたします。「ジュレ」です。美味しかったので忘れない内に！


　ちょっとその前に　
　間違って　IE９をインストールして散々な目に遭いました。
　すでに使いこなせている方はいらっしゃるのかしら

　使い辛い～～～
　更に色々なサイトで不具合が起こる。　ソネブロに至っては　なんじゃ？？？　使えない...
　結局　アンインストールしましたぁ

　では本題　
　
　日本人だから．．．和菓子には癒しを感じます。
　こんな暑い夏　どんな和菓子が好みでしょうか～？　こんなお品はいかがでしょうか～

　　　　こんな箱に入ってきた　「むら井菓子本舗」　のもの

　あら素敵　　　コーヒーポーションがついていますね～

　では中身をお皿に出してみましょう。

　　　　　　　　

　なんじゃこれ？　という感じですね。　撮り方が下手ですみません　

　コーヒー味のジュレです。　そう珈琲ジュレ。
　でもこれ　わらび餅を使った、しっとりぷるるんのれっきとした和菓子なんですね～。

　しかも　銀箔入り　残念ながら銀箔がなかなかわかりにくいですね。
　説明書によると、冷凍して半解凍状態のものも美味だとか。
　また　黒めのお皿に入れた方が銀箔が映えるとか。
　では　次はそれでやってみましょう。

　どれどれ？　　凍らせたら銀箔がわからない・・・残念

　おっ！冷凍すると味がまた違って感じますね。コーヒー味を濃く感じます。
　これも美味しいけれど、私はわらび餅をしっかり感じることができる冷蔵の方が好きかな？
　ほぐして、それこそジュレ状にして食べるものありです。

　コーヒーの苦みが全くないので、これはお年寄りや子供にもすんなり受け入れらそうです。

IE９、不具合が起きましたか・・・。
私はWin7ですが、IE９は何事もない状態です。
でも、ブラウザはFirefoxがメーンですが＾＾;

まっ、二階から冷蔵庫を運ぶのにウン万円ですか？

IE9を入れてますが、大きなトラブルはありませんが、
ちょっとしたところに予期せぬ動きが出て、イラッとすることは
ときどきありますね～。
ソネブロの反応が遅いのはIE9のせいじゃないだろうけど……(>_<)。
