旬のそら豆

好き嫌いが多いeggですが、「何が好き？』と聞かれたら
「芋、栗、豆）と答えます。

春はさや付きグリーンピースを食べました。

今は、何と言ってもそら豆が安い！！

さや付きを購入したら、どのように下拵えしますか？？

我が家では、さや付きのままオーブントースターで15分程蒸し焼きします。
　　



取り出すにのに、さやは柔らかくなっているし、中のそら豆も黒ずむことなく、きっちり出来上がります。

ホックホクです～(*^_^*)

このまま塩を振って食べるのもいいですか、市販の白だしに漬けてから食べる『そら豆のお浸し』もかなり乙ですよ～

画像の分量は、そら豆たった100円分です。
今しか味わえない旬のそら豆、一緒に楽しみましょう(^^;)

美味しそうですね。
そら豆は、最近食べるようになりました。さやごとゆでてました。
私にとっては味が好きだからというよりも、「そら豆はおいしい」「ビールにそら豆、たまらない」と人が言うのを聞くにつけ、その雰囲気を食べたくなるのが大きい食べ物です＾＾

皮向いて切れ目を包丁で入れてから
塩ゆでしてました・・・・
