利益はあれど．．．

　昨日も今日も、覆面調査で夕食を済ませてしまいました。月末まで残っている案件は、謝礼
　が高額になるので、狙い目です。　実は明日も依頼されていますが、3日連続はムリですわ


　今月の初めの事　なんとなーく　サンマルク でランチをしました　

　　

　　
　料理は普通に美味しかったのですが、接客が全くなっていませんでした　　イメージガタ落ち

　このお店は、焼き立てパンの食べ放題が売り。

　そのパンのサーブが機能していなかったのです。
　理由は、慣れていないバイトの女の子が、たった一人でパンを配る係をしていたから。
　しかも、全く気を配れるタイプではないようで、他の従業員も手を焼いている感じが伝わって
　きてしまい、こちらもイライラしながらのランチとなりました。

　レストランを出てから　「あぁぁ　近くに美味しいラーメン屋さんないかしら」　と言った位です。

　こうして書いていても、思い出すと不快になるほどです。
　なので、これ以上は書くのをやめておきますね　

　
　実はサンマルクの株を持っておりまして、株主優待で食べに行ったのです。

　もう２年ほど保有している株です。
　ぜーんぜん　優待など使わずに、配当金だけをもらっている状態でした。
　こんな状態だから、もうこれから使うこともないし、売ってしまえ～

　と、全くノーチェックだった株価を確認すると．．．．．．．．．．．．

　今って　アベノミクスで　ほとんどの株が上がってしまっているんですよね～～～～～～～～

　サンマルクも驚くほど上がっていてビックリ

　これじゃ売り時が分からないわぁ
　いや、上がっているんだからいつ売ったっていいわけですよね。
　ということで、３月２６日の利確後に売ることにしました。
　が、すっかり売り忘れてしまいましたぁぁぁぁ

　また時期を見て、何の未練もないので　あっさり売りたいと思います。

　それにしてもアベノミクスにより、日経平均が上がって景気拡大？　かと思いきや、
　４月から　またまた大幅に値上がりするものが増えるらしいじゃないですか！！

　公共料金も上がるって？？
　毎年、毎度上がっていますよね。　雪だるま式に上がっている計算なのでは？？
　唯一の救いは、住宅ローン金利が最低のまま推移しそうなことです　

　こんな綱渡りのような日々はいつまで続くんでしょう。


　人任せにしてばかりはいられないから、いわゆる財テク（この言葉も古い？）をしなければ！
　と思いますが、やっぱり毎日コツコツやっている在宅ワークが今は精神衛生上も一番よい
　気がしていますわ～
　悩む暇があるんだったら、動け～～～～～っ　　ってかっ


　
　いつでもどこでもついて来てくれる三男が、今日からサッカー合宿で留守です。　他の誰が
　いなくても平気どころか清々するのですが、彼がいないのは心細です。　今日もふぁいとぉ！

サンマルク・・・一度行って、人の評判聞いてたので、期待してましたが・・・パンはたしかにおいしいけど、料理はその値段だしてまで食べたいと思えなく。それ以来行ってないです。(^_^;)

i think that You should hold your x key in default but if it doesn’t work Press esc key and then go to game options then change your fire and and run option? key to any key you want
