　今回は「サムゲタン」のご紹介です。皆さんは美味しいのを食べたことがありますか？


　実は私...　まだサムゲタンを３度しか食べたことがないのです　

　そして、今までの味は　どちらかというと苦手かなぁぁ　というものでした。

　では　今回は


　年末にずっしり重たいクール便が届きました。　その中身は。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

　　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　厳重に冷凍されています　+　韓国のり（おまけ）

　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　濃厚なのにとてもさっぱりしてるスープがたまりません！
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　おんどるの自家製サムゲタン参鶏湯をプレゼント♪　
　　　　　　　

　そもそもサムゲタン（参鶏湯）って？？
　皆さんご存じですよね～
　鶏の中にもち米・マツメ・にんにく・朝鮮人参などを入れて煮込んだスープ料理のことです
　朝鮮人参とナツメという漢方薬が入っているだけで、イメージが薬膳料理です。
　健康にはいいのでしょうけれど、どうも今まで「美味しい」と感じたことがなかったのですよね

　でも　勇気を振り絞って食べてみることにしますっ

　冷蔵庫で緩やかに解凍し、後は袋から出して数分温めるだけで出来上がりでございます～～

　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　１袋に半身（１人前）なので、２袋ドーンといっちゃいました！

　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　沸騰してから長ネギのみトッピングしました

　さてさてお味は　　　わーーーい！　食べられる！！　しかも美味しい！！！！

　この　おんどるのサムゲタンは、特有のニオイがないのです。　だから大丈夫なのですね。
　スープも味は濃厚でありながら、のど越しはさっぱりなのです。

　なるほど。。。サムゲタンが苦手な私でも大丈夫というより、「これならいける」と評判が立つの
　も肯けます。

　大鍋で温めたので、子どもたちも食べました。　全く問題なく「美味しいーーーー」って。

　どうしてももっとお米を感じたかったので、邪道かもしれませんがご飯を足してみました。

　　　　　　こんな感じです～

　うんうん　これもまた美味しい。　ナツメも崩して混ぜて食べました。
　スープには、たんぱく質やコラーゲン、必須アミノ酸がたっぷり溶け出していて、肌がつるつる
　になるのも分かるわぁ～

　サムゲタンは高い...　というイメージがありますが、これはこんなに美味しいのにお手頃価格
