・カゴメ トマト鍋 第２弾♪♪

　先日に引き続き「鍋用スープ」のご紹介です。　第２弾にお付き合いくださいませ。　


　今年になってまだ２週間しか経っておりませんが、我が家は鍋三昧です。　

　お正月には、すきやきに始まり、カニ鍋まで作っちゃいました。
　しかし、子どもたちが好きなのは、やはりカレー鍋とトマト鍋なんですよね～～

　先日はカゴメのモニターに参加中ということでカゴメ トマト鍋をご紹介させてもらいました。

 　　　 「海鮮スープのトマト鍋　鍋用スープ」＆「甘熟トマト鍋　鍋用スープ」

　２種類を食べ比べてみて初めて違いが分かります　　

　甘熟トマト鍋用は、南欧産完熟トマトを５個も使っているのだそう。　
　我が家だと１人１個分！
　さらに、こだわりのブイヨンと３種のチーズ（チェダー・ゴーダ・パルメザン）による深いコクが
　味わえるスープなのです。
　実際に作って食べた所、チーズのまろやかさが引き立っていました。

　海鮮スープのトマト鍋用は、同じく南欧産完熟トマトが４個分。
　加えて、４種の魚介（あさり・帆立・エビ・カニ）のエキスがたっぷりと。
　海鮮系は何を入れても味が決まりそうな予感があります～
　


　今回はちょっと大人の雰囲気がある　「海鮮スープのトマト鍋　鍋用スープ」　
　を利用してみました。

　　　　　１袋３～４人前だけれど。。。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　我が家は５人なので２袋を使用

　　　　　火を点ける前
　　　　玉ねぎ・人参（ピーラーで細く）・白菜・豚のミンチ・タラ・エリンギ

　まずは自宅にあるものを入れました。豚はコマ切れをミンチにしました。
　今回も野菜からの水分を見込んで　水は極端に減らして火をオン

　　　　

　白菜の歯部分と、イカ・エビは他の具材に火が通ってから入れることにしてスタンバイ

　　　　　フィニッシュ！！

　先日の「完熟トマト鍋」とは、また全然違う味に仕上がりました。
　魚介の旨みが素晴らしい！　
　eggにとっては大人の味に仕上がったと思っていましたが、子どもたちもどんどん食べる！
　「もっとタラないの？」　と聞いてきましたが、うーん　確かに２切れしか入れなかったので、
　もっと食べたくなったのでしょうね。
　「肉・肉！」　というのではなく、やはり魚がお代わりしたくなる汁の味なのでしょう。

　
　その後のシメは揉めました。

　eggの案は、「ニョッキのトマトスープ仕立て」　でしたが、即却下されました。
　スープパスタか、魚介のリゾットで票が割れ、最終的にパスタの茹で時間が待てないと
　いうことで、「魚介のリゾット」　になりました　　

　　　　　アサリを投入！
　
　アサリの味がまた更に出て、シメらしい高級なリゾットになりました。
　パルメザンチーズを混ぜ入れて煮込みました濃厚スープは完璧な味に仕上がりました。

　　　
　　　
　鍋にしてはゆっくりゆったりとした雰囲気で完食しました
