　今日は「鍋用スープ」のご紹介です。　スープを使えば味もぴたりと決まりますよね～


　この冬は　もう鍋料理をしましたか　

　外食、旅行などで食べた方もいることでしょう。　自宅で鍋もやっていますか～？

　何の鍋がいい　と子どもたちに聞くと、大体がカレー鍋orトマト鍋という返事ですね。
　
　どうやら汁自体にしっかり味がついたものが好きなようです。
　ポン酢でさっぱり～　なんて感覚ではないみたい。　

　特に食べるものに注文が多い二男が　「トマト鍋が食べたい」と強く言ってきました。

　ちょっと待っててね．．．　と、待たせること数日

 　　　 「海鮮スープのトマト鍋　鍋用スープ」＆「甘熟トマト鍋　鍋用スープ」

　うふふ　自宅に届きました　　　今回はカゴメのモニターに参加中でございます　


　トマト鍋のスープに種類があるなんて。。。　どう違うのかしらん？？

　甘熟トマト鍋用は、南欧産完熟トマトを５個も使っているのだそう。　
　我が家だと１人１個分！
　さらに、こだわりのブイヨンと３種のチーズ（チェダー・ゴーダ・パルメザン）による深いコクが
　味わえるスープなのですって。

　海鮮スープのトマト鍋用は、同じく南欧産完熟トマトが４個分。
　加えて、４種の魚介（あさり・帆立・エビ・カニ）のエキスがたっぷりと。
　

　どちらにも企業側の思いがギュッと詰まった鍋用スープであることが伝わってきます。


　では、まずはオーソドックスな　「甘熟トマト鍋　鍋用スープ」　を利用してみました。

　　　　　１袋３～４人前だけれど。。。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　我が家は５人なので２袋を使用

　　　　　火を点ける前
　　　　玉ねぎ・人参・白菜・豚肉・しめじ・ジャガイモ・ウインナー・ベーコン

　基本の材料には、鶏肉とキャベツになっていましたが、どちらも冷蔵庫になかったのです。
　残り物でも十分です。
　白菜を使ったので、かなり水が出ることを予想して、水は極端に減らして火をオン

　　　　　ぐつぐつ始まり～
　
　とろみが付き、十分に香りが立ってきました。　味も濃厚で美味しいです！！
　白菜からも甘味が出たので、まろやかなトマト鍋になりました。
　家族の手が止まらない。。。　しかし、いつもと違って贅沢に２袋使ったので、汁もいっぱい
　
　少し煮詰めて、シメのご飯を入れました　

　　　　　卵を４個投入

　さらに、パルメザンチーズも加えて、巨大オムライス風にしてみました

　子どもたちが言うには、私がいつも作るオムライスも美味しいけれど、このふわとろ感覚は
　リゾット風の軟らかさと甘さがベストマッチだそうで、また作って欲しいとのこと。
　わざわざオムライスを作るのは手間だけれど、鍋のシメでこんなに楽しめるなら、また鍋に
　しましょうね～～～


　さてさて、まだ　「海鮮スープのトマト鍋　鍋用スープ」　が２袋残っています。

　これで何を作ろうかな～～　今度はパエリア風にしようか？　それとも　スープパスタ？？
　子どもたちと相談してアレンジを楽しもうと思っています
