　今日は「指輪」のご紹介です。運気アップを狙って...というよりは祈って使っています


　ちょっとその前に　　　　先日の　熊肉　の話題に補足です。


　ｅｇｇも色々な肉を食べてきたなぁ。。。　と今になって振り返ると思います。
　ワニ肉でしょう？　すずめ、イノシシ、鹿、、、　あと何があったでしょうねぇ...............

　まず、いただいたのは　ダーリンの仕事先から。

　もちろんいただいた時は　「どうやって食べるの」　と、ｅｇｇもオドオドしていました。

　相手方からは、塩麹に漬けてから焼いて食べるとイイ　というアドバイスをもらいました。
　ご丁寧に、塩麹も一緒にいただきました。


　　　

　鉄板で焼きました。　って...　熊肉見えませんけれどね．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．

　熊肉の感想ですが、とにかく「硬い」ですぅ
　臭みはなくなりましたが、「独特の弾力」　があります。
　そうですね～～　味は、「焼き鳥のカシラのような味わい」がありますかね。
　それの硬いヤツ、というより放っておかれたカピカピの焼き鳥というイメージで伝わります

　何となく想像がついていたので、他の料理も用意しました。　とっても簡単なもの　

　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　くり蟹　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　アボカドグラタン

　蟹を１人１杯食べたので、無口で鉄板焼きには不向きな相性となってしまいました。

　くり蟹って食べたことがありますか？　毛ガニによく似ていますが違うんです。
　甘さが引き立つ蟹で、漁師が自宅で食べるようなあまり流通しないものだそうです。
　ポイントサイトにて割引券を使って安価で購入して冷凍しておいたもの。

　アボカドグラタンはとっても簡単に、明太子＆マヨ＆チーズを乗せて焼いただけのもの。

　そんな夕食を食べました

でも、臭みはそれほどでもないんですね^^
かなり強烈な臭みがありそうな気がしてたから
