・新商品「贅沢ミラノサンド」★第19弾

　寒い日が続いていますね～。　外出する時は完全防備で家を出ます。でも、電車に
　乗ることに慣れていない私は、電車内で汗をかくのです。　もう少し薄着がいいみたい　


　先日　渋谷に行く用がありました　

　　　　　

　話題の　「渋谷ヒカリエ」　です。　工事が長かったなぁ～　ようやく完成ですね！！

　その後、ツリ―が飾られていたクロスタワーを通って、とある会議に出席しました。
　結局　仕事で行ったということですけれどね～～～

　この会社がスゴイの
　渋谷が本社ではなく、本社は沖縄なんですよ。　
　沖縄とスカイプでつなぎながらの会議でした。　今どきですね～～　こんなのもアリですね～




　その帰り道に、大好きで週に一度は通っているドトールのミラノサンドを購入しました。

　今回のミラノサンドは今までとちょっと違うのです　
　サンドの名前に　「贅沢」　という２文字が付くのですよ～～　期待度大ですよね。

　　　　　ってあれれ？？　持ち帰り？

　ええ　　　ホントは店内でまったりしたかったのですが、スマホの電源が切れた

　この日に限ってバッテリーを持参していなかったので、テイクアウトいたしました。

　　　　

　はいっ！　持ち帰りなのでホットコーヒーの意味がないと思ってアイスにしました。
　こんな時はいつものことですが、氷抜きを指定します。

　　　　　

　どうよ！！　この贅沢さ　　通常のミラノサンドより１００円お高いけれど　さすが～

　もちろんメインのローストビーフは、炭火で焼き上げられた香ばしさがありました。
　ちょっと白く見えるのはマッシュポテトなのです。　下部にはたくさんポテトがありますよ。
　レフォールマヨネーズで和えられており、ポテトの甘さと辛みがマッチしています。
　他にも酸味を感じたので、何かな？？　と思ってみたら、オニオンの酢漬けでした。

　後はプチトマトのアクセントと、主張しているクレソンです。
　この２つの野菜がはいることにより、ぐっとこの時期のクリスマスモードになりますよね～
　クレソンの苦みが程良くて、大人の美味しさを感じました。

　具材がマッチしていて、本当にバランスが抜群だと思い感心しましたが、一番の決め手は
　恐らくソースなのでしょう。　デミグラスソースが全体の味の決め手でした。


　また食べたいか．．．　もちろんです　

　eggがドトールを好きな理由は、お客さまの声に耳を傾けている企業だからです。
　当然と言われがちですが、企業努力という言葉には温度差があります。
　案外辛口の舌と目を持っているつもりなのですが、その中でも安心できると思えるのです。
