・子どもにも人気！ ひじき生ふりかけ♪♪

　今回は「ふりかけ」のご紹介です。　それも「生」タイプでソフトな感じがいいですね～　


　ひじきはお好きですか　

　我が家には嫌いな家族はおりません。　よくひじきの煮物を作ります。
　でも...　他にあまりバリエーションがありません　

　そこで、こんな生タイプのふりかけをモニターさせていただき　　勉強しました　


　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ひじき生ふりかけ　　７０g×３袋

　思ったより多いわ...　と思ったのですが、チャックが付いているので保存はOK.
　しかも、ひじきの臭みが抑えられており、しっとりシソ風味の半生タイプのふりかけです。　
　賞味期限も、今から１４カ月と長ーいので、安心して使うことができます。

　　　　

　パックの裏には、こんな使い方を～　と書いてあり、なるほどと。
　他にも、ピザやサラダ、キンピラに入れるという手もあり　味のアクセントとして使えますね。

　まずは...　ベタですが、二男のお弁当に入れてみました　

　といっても　和えるだけだからものすごーく簡単ですけれども。。。

　いつも難しい二男ですが　　　全く残さずに食べてきてくれました。

　ご飯の感想を聞くと「ひじきとゆかりが合体したみたいで、さっぱりしていて美味しかった」
　ということでした。

　これなら　今後も食べてくれるでしょう。

 今日は雨ですね。木曜はメインワークの日なのですが、昨日から親類の入院により

このひじき、美味しいですよね
２年ほど前くらいから、無くなったら買い足してます
卵焼きに入れたり、トーフハンバーグに混ぜたり使ってます

フランスパンのディップ、マーブルも色々試したいけど・・・
うちの旦那さん、変化を好まない人なのよね～
だから、あれこれお試し出来ないです。。。(T＿T)

ひじき　美味しいから私も好きです(^_-)-☆娘は　それほど好き嫌いはないのですが、息子はいっぱい嫌いなものがあって・・・。多分　このふりかけをかけたら　食べてくれないだろうな(-_-;)　栄養のある　ひじき、しかもふりかけだなんて　食べてほしいな～
