・ポケットグリルの時代到来♪ 《第一弾》 ♪♪

　今回は「干物」のご紹介です。正しくは魚の紹介というより、それを包むものの方です　


　電子レンジが欠かせない世の中になりましたね～　　　つくづく思います。

　レンジ自体の機能の多様化より、単純ないわゆる「レンチン」で出来るもののバラエティ
　素晴らしく増えていますよね～

　そこに、究極というよりこれからの主流となるのか　と思えるのが　「ポケットグリル」　

　　　

　３食分が届きました。　要冷凍です。　あれ？思ったよりも小振りかな・・・　と思いましたが。

　　　　調理法は一目瞭然

　　　　パリッ？　ふっくら？？
　　　　　　　　　レンチンだけで　どこまで出来るのか？？？

　　　　何分と書いてない．．．
　　　　　　　　　　　　レンジに合わせて自分で設定

　　　　最初は３分半で丁度

　　　　２つ目は３分で出来上がり～
　　　　　　　　　　焦げ目がつくのが凄いところ！！！！

　　　　休日のブランチです
　　　　　　　前日のお刺身を韓国風に巻物に変身させ．．．

　干物と一緒に食べました。　お分かりいただけますか？　紙の容器のままですのよ～～～～
　小振りと言いましたが、塩加減が抜群で美味しかったです。　鯵の良さ…格別です。

　「ポケットグリル」とは．．．　　

　レンチンしてパリッと焼き上げる食材なら、簡単調理で時間を調節すれば異なる食感も！！
　なるほど．．．
　今回の小田原産鯵の干物も、しっとりさせたかったら短時間、パリッとさせたかったらもう少し
　確かに自由自在．．．　だから完成時間がしっかりと明記されていなかったのですね～

　面倒な洗い物がありません。　そのままお皿になっちゃいました～
　このままポイは楽ですね。　魚を焼く面倒がこれで一気に解消されてしまいました。

　このままでは手軽さだけが目立ってしまいますが、そうではなくて、、、
　旬の魚の天日塩仕立てを手軽に食卓で食べられる贅沢さも一緒に味わわないと　

　５，６，７月の旬は小田原さんの鯵でした。　次は何が到着するのかな～～～

　うふふ．．．　そうなのです。　２か月に１度届く予定なのですよ。　次は．．．９月です。
　何が届くのかな～～　近海の魚をまたお届けしますね
