　今回はダイエットドリンクのご紹介です。　もうダイエットネタは飽きましたか？？？

　韓国語が半分で良く分からないけれど・・・　必死になって理解をしようと頑張りましたぞ。

　韓国の大手緑茶ブランドであるソルロックのダイエット茶です。　
　カテキンダイエットなので、運動時に飲むと効果的ということです。
　eggの場合はもちろん　ウォーキングの際に飲むことにして作ってみましたよ～

まずはきっとカテキンがいっぱい！
ということかな？
説明文だと、１８０mg含有とのことよ

あとは。。。
１本を水かお湯で溶かすということね

うんうん　ここまでは何とか理解できる

後は良く分かりません～
でも、カロリーはゼロで安心して飲める

　表現するならこの一言しかない！という感じの味　「とうもろこし」　です。
　コーン茶じゃないの？　と言いたくなる、そのまんま。　

　とても美味しいとは言えないけれど、飲めない味ではなく、むしろ癖になりそうです。
　そしてダイエットに効果的なら、毎日でも飲みますよん　


　報告になりますが　　eggのダイエットは目標体重に達成しました　

　今年の１月から　１１キロの減に成功しました。　ホント嬉しい～～～～～～～～～～～

　そして実は...　
　今も痩せ続けているので、今度は長男を産む前の２０代当時の体重を目指します。
　そのためには後　２キロ減。
　出来るかな？？　だって２０年前の体重ですからね。　でも２キロなら頑張るか

　その気合いを入れる前に、せっかくカテキンダイエットも組み込んだことだし。。。。。。。。。

　　　　　　　

　少しは甘いものも食べて（って案外食べているけれど）、挑もうと思います。



　今日は長男のママ友と『女子会』です。　かれこれ１３年も飲んで歌って踊っています。
　楽しい仲間です。　全員子どもは大学生。　どんな愚痴の会になるやら・・・楽しみ。
　その前に！二男の学校の保護者会があるんだった・・・　また委員をやるのか

私は年末年始に増えた分が全然減らなくて・・・(^_^;)
とりあえず、お気に入りの服は着られてるから
真剣さが足りないからしかたないですね(^_^;)
でも、また着られなくならないように
