・ お初♪ ベトナムカレー♪

　今回はカレーをご紹介しましょう。カレーと言ってもeggも初めてのベトナムカレーです。


　ベトナムカレーって　どんな　　　スパイシーなのは想像つきますね。

　敢えてご飯と合えず（まどろっこしい）　別皿に出してみました。　ダーリンも撮影協力！
　鶏肉がホロッと崩れるほど柔らかく、スパイスは思ったよりもずっと控えめで優しいお味です。
　つぶつぶ見えるのは、お勧めのトッピングなのです。

　このショップ　「風来」　に「こく旨ベトナムカレー」　「やみつきグリーンカレー」　が登場。

　でも...本来のショップは串揚げとサラダのお店なわけでして...　〆のカレーが好評だとか。
　そこからネットショップに広がっていったのですね。

　　　　　　 　

　こんな状態で自宅に届きました。手造り感が満載！　
　トッピング用のフライドオニオンとガーリックも同封されていたのでもちろんかけてみましたよ～
　良いアクセントになっていました。
　ココナツの香りが優しく、辛みも前面に出ているのではなく、１口目より２口目・・・とハマる！

　また

　シンプルサラダに
　レタス＆新玉ねぎスライス＆キュウリ＆ニシンのワイン酢漬け　で、かなりさっぱり酸っぱめ。

　このレモンが効いたさっぱり感がまたいいですのぉ～

Another thing I’ve noticed is that for many people, a bad credit score is the results of circumstances past their control. Such as they may have been saddled with illness so that they have high bills going to collections. It might be due to a employment loss or inability to do the job. Sometimes divorce or separation can send the funds in the wrong direction. Many thanks sharing your thinking on this site.
