　ヤクルトミルミルのご紹介です。　第２弾になります。　ミルミルを飲み始めて２週目。　



　ミルミルを飲み始めて２週目に入ろうとしています。　皆さんも飲んだことがありますか？

　これは先週のおさらいね　

　　　

　一週間分がすでになくなりました。　今日次が届くので、配達ボックスを外にセットしました！


　ところで　ヤクルト商品をヤクルトレディから購入している方はいらっしゃるかしらん？
　eggは．．．地域さえ合えば、大事な教え子ちゃんから購入してあげるんだけどなぁ～
　教え子が子育てに奮闘しながら、ヤクルトレディをもう５年も続けているのですよね。


　スーパーで購入したミルミルよりも、届けてもらったミルミルの方が美味しく感じたり．．．
　しません？
　人一倍感情で生きているeggは、勝手にそう感じております。

　さて、１週間飲んでみての感想は。。。　

　超特急で何かに効いている・・・という感じはありません。　残念ながら。
　でも、整腸作用はしっかりとあるのだと思います。　まずは毎日の便通は大丈夫！
　頑固な便秘持ちですから．．．これは一番嬉しいことですね。
　
　とにかく毎日飲むことを目標にしています。
　ダイエット中でもあるので、ミルミルを飲み始めてからヨーグルトはストップしています。
　それでもお通じに問題はないから、ミルミルの方が美味しいし私にとっては手軽ですね

昔は、牛乳も瓶で配達されていましたね。
今は、スーパーで売っているから、そこでまとめ買いしてしまいますね。
