　今日はスキムミルクのご紹介です。　飲むためではなく、ＨＢでのパン用のものです。　


　スキムミルクって　皆さんはお使いになりますか　

　体にいいのですよね。　
　学校給食では頻繁に調味料の一種？として使われているようですよ。

　普段我が家で使うとしたら...　パンを焼く時に入れるのが主です。
　酵母や粉にこだわることは今までもありましたが...
　スキムミルクでは特にどの製品がよいとか、あまり考えなしに購入していた気がします。

　雪印メグミルクさんにいただいたので、久しぶりにＨＢをつかってみることに。

　最近は超簡単にできる手ごねでフライパン・パンばかりを作っていたものですから...

　ソネットのお仲間でパンを作るお友だちって多いですよね～
　特にマーブル☆さんはプロ級ですものね。
　ｅｇｇは未だに簡単なものしか作れませんが、それでも自宅で作る味わいのあるパンは好き
　ただね　　パンは作りたては美味しいのだけれど、翌日にはガラッと変わってしまう。
　特に食パン！　保存法も影響するのかもしれないけれど、どうもパサついてしまいます。
　
　ところがね～　『雪印 パン用スキム ホームベーカリー用』　を使うとｅｇｇの悩みが解消
　商品に同封されてきたリーフレットには　「翌日もしっとりやわらか」　と書いてある！

　待ちきれないな～　プレーンの食パンにしようか・・・　なにか入れようか・・・

　うふふ　もう　　焼きあがっちゃいましたぁ

　何を入れたでしょう？

　　
　　　　　　　　　切ってみましたよ～　入っているのは、黒ゴマ＆サツマイモ

　まずまずの焼き上がりです　　香りも豊か～
　ではお味は？　うん！ごまの風味と味がよくサツマイモと合っています。
　そしてもっちもち。

　問題は翌日ですよね＞＞＞＞　　いかが？
　子どもは美味しいって～
　でも　リップサービスかもしれませんからね、、、ｅｇｇも試さなければ。
　ｎｉｃｅです～　ふんわりですよ～　昨日と変わらぬもちもち感もあります。　あらぁ恐るべし！
　スキム１つでこんなに変わるのですか？

　いつも使っているスキムミルクに変えて作っただけ。
　また、計量要らずで１包をそのまま入れるだけだったわよね！？
　

　またこれで　我が家の朝食にＨＢでつくったパンが並ぶようになりそうです　パチパチ




 徹夜に近い状態が２日続きました。　ようやく仕事の納期を終え、ひと段落しましたぁぁ。
