・プリプリスープパスタ♪♪

　今日はパスタのご紹介です。　その中でも電子レンジでチンできるスープパスタです。

　ダンボールを開けてみたら　　こんな包みでした～
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　今の時期にピッタリのプリプリスープパスタです。

　　　　　　　　代表して食しましたよ．．．？？？　あれれ？？？　ダイエットに夢中なのでは？

　ね？大丈夫なんです。　玄米ですから安心。　１食１２０キロカロリー程しかありませんから。
　しかも、お水を入れてかき交ぜて、レンチンすること４分のみ。
　　
６食分あり

　鮭とほうれん草のパンプキンチャウダー
　ぽかぽか生姜スープ
　アサリときのこのアラビアータ風

何から行きましょうか。　まずアラビアータ風からねっ

?袋から出してお水と粉を入れ 　　よーくかき混ぜておく
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　レンジで４分だけ

　わぁ　本当に完成　　食べてみなくちゃね

　辛いです！しかもとても！！でも味はしっかりしていて美味しいです。
　アサリの存在も確認。　きのこはどこ？　
　インスタントなのに本格的な味です。　
　発芽玄米とあきたこまちの粉で作られたパスタはもっちもちですよ。

　ただしお間違えなく　　あくまでダイエット用のヘルシーパスタですから。
　
　夜中に飲んで帰って来た後のシメに丼を食べようとするダーリンにも勧めたいですわ




　雨が一瞬止んでいます。　今のうちにウォーキングに急げーーーっ。　ところで今日という
