・脚のむくみが解消したら・・・しあわせ♪♪

　今日は足のむくみをとるグッズをご紹介しましょう。　しかも、寝ているうちに解消！　　　


　ちょっとその前に　

　よく行く八百屋さんがあります。　
　この八百屋さんは決して安いわけではないの．．．　でも、新鮮で外れがない

　あまりに新鮮で、思わず買ってしまったのが　「カリフラワー」　特大サイズを２個　も

　さて～～　どう調理しましょうか～～　
　　

①まずカリフラワーをレンチンすること２分半
　ビニール袋に入れる
　ついでに　新鮮なカブも切っておく

②人参をすりおろす

③マリネ液を作り、和えるだけ

　次に、カリフラワーの茎　＋　人参＆カブの皮　が残ってしまったので、これでキンピラを作る
　　

あまりに簡単で、レシピは特になし

残り物の茎と皮を使っただけのこと。

もしあるならば、濃口のごま油だと美味






　人に食べさせるとか、見た目を気にすることなく、食べたいものを作る時ってサッとできるｗ

　はいっ　　出来上がり


　一緒に買ってきた　　安納芋もどうにか調理したくなり

　　サイコロ状に切ってチン　　白米に混ぜる


　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　こんな野菜だらけの朝食が出来上がりましたぁ

　ちなみに．．．これは私だけのご飯です。　子どもたちは・・・どうだろう？　食べてくれないね
　どの野菜も、めっちゃ美味しいので、１人でぺろりとイッちゃいました。
　エコでもあり、健康的でもありますよね～　と自画自賛

私は白菜が安いので白菜を沢山使ってます♪
キンピラも大好きです☆

足はふくらはぎがかなりのボリュームでブーツのファスナーがかなり大変なの。
マッサージとかしてもらった後はファスナーが超スムーズもしくは見たこと無いゆとりも発生するの。使ってみてどの位の効果かやってみたい～☆
