・信州ニ八そば 手打ち初挑戦♪♪

　今日はお蕎麦の紹介です。　正確には「そば粉」ですね。　手打ちしてみませんか～？？　　


　生パスタは簡単なので、手打ちは時々します。
　でも．．．　蕎麦とうどんは難しそうで、奥が深過ぎて何だか立ち入ることができずにいました。

　旅行先でも　「蕎麦打ち体験」　ってありますよね。
　やりたい～と思いながら、時間もかかるしできずにいました。
　うどんより蕎麦派のｅｇｇ。
　いつか作りたいと思って、以前　長野の白樺湖に宿泊した時「そば粉」を購入。
　頑張って作るぞ　　の気合いはその時だけで、結局　粉の賞味期限が過ぎました・・・

　今回は一念発起というところですっ

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

　このそば粉は特別なものです。
　業界で初めて商品化した、手打ちそば専用ミックス粉なんですって。
　その名は　『石臼挽「信州二八蕎麦粉」』　石臼ですよ～　香りが豊かでしょう！

　　　　　　　　

　小さな袋が真ん中に見えますね。　これは打ち粉。　これも用意されているので初心者でもラク
　
　　　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ふるいで粒子を細かく

　　　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　少量の水で　こねこね　まぜまぜ
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　正直な所、この状態からまとまるの????　とちょっと不安

　　　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　いや～　正しい手順をふめば、この通りになるんですね

　　　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　形は悪いけれど、どんどん広がっていく

　　　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　さーてと、何層にも重ねて　落ち着きましたぞ

　　　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　切ったそばから、打ち粉をかけてほぐしてみました

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　そして出来上がりはこれですわ～
　　
　　
　太さはまばらだけれど、噛めば噛むほど味が出る・・・そんな蕎麦です。
　甘味も感じて美味ですよ！
　私はざるで食べたかったのでこの通り。　
　ダーリンは温かい鴨そばにしていたけれど、画像撮り忘れです　そちらの方が興味あり？

　このそば粉は銘柄「八ヶ岳」８割、「つなぎ粉」２割の二八そば粉。
　蕎麦の味が濃く感じました。　初めてのeggでもここまでできました。　何だか極めたい気分。
　５人分のそば粉が、もちろん国内産１００％で、８４０円ってお安く感じるのですけれど～
