・オークラ梅ドレッシング その３

　今日はドレッシングの紹介です。梅は苦手だけれど、梅ドレは大丈夫になったeggです

　「オークラ」とは　横浜・大倉山のオークラです。　　大倉山は梅園が有名。
　横浜方面にお住まいの方は、ご存知の方もいらっしゃるでしょう。
　「オークラの梅ドレ」　は、地元の方には超有名で、利用法も話題になっているそうな。

　１回目は焼き肉にそのまま付けて食べてみました。コレね。
　２回目は超定番のサラダにかけて食べてみました。コレよ。

　では今回は　梅ドレッシングを使って　　もう少しひねってみましょう。

　　　　　　　　　　
　なーんかまた　簡単そうな。。。

　春雨をレンジで戻します。　カットした野菜をレンジでチンすること５分ほど。
　温かいうちに　梅ドレッシング　で和えて、出来上がりです。

　実は．．．本当は全く違う味付けのはずだったのです。
　玉ねぎドレッシングで和えてみたのですが、、、何だか水っぽく、味がぼやけてしまいました。
　そこで、梅ドレに変更。
　やった～　春雨と良くマッチして、味に深みが増しました。
　油分があるから、春雨もくっつかずにさらりとしています。

　息子は言いました。　「困った時の　梅ドレ頼み　だねっ」　と。　その通り



 先週からずっと体調が悪かったことに、気合いを入れて今日でピリオドを打ちます。　
　今日から少しずつ仕事を始めます。　それより・・・ちょっと問題あり学校にお呼ばれですぅぅ
