・ｅｇｇ一押し あぐーあんだんすー ♪♪

　今日は沖縄の名産品をご紹介したいと思います。ＴＶでも話題になった「油みそ」です。　



　沖縄に行ったのは．．．もう４年も前のこと　　　ほんと４年も経つんです　　　　ね～
　北谷のビーチリゾートに４泊しました。　これダーリン抜きです　スポンサーはｅｇｇの母　

             
             

　それまで　沖縄のお土産というと、いつも　「ちんすこう」　でした。
　まずくはないけれど、特別美味しいと感じませんでした。

　沖縄公設市場まで行って、感動した味が　「あんだんすー」　だったんですよね～～
　お土産やさんには、どこも試食コーナーがあります。
　「あんだんすー」　にもさまざまな種類がありまして．．．．．．

　ｅｇｇの舌にピンと来たものがあり、マジ美味しくて、東京に戻ってきてもネット購入していたの

　それがまた　こうして大ブレイクしてくれると　とっても嬉しい　

　　
　ご存知でしたか？　ガレッジセールがお勧めし、大絶賛され　いまブレイク中なんです。

　「あんだんすー」とは豚肉を使った甘い油味噌なんですが、豚肉は「あぐー豚」に限るっ　

　　　　　　　　　　　　
　色々試したけれど　これが一番。
　沖縄の物産展があちこちであるけれど、これは売っているのかな～？？？
　ネットでないと買えないと思い込んでいるだけかしら？

　この味を知っている子どもたちは　待ってました～～という感じです。

             
    
　ほんの小さじ１杯弱でご飯１膳　平気で平らげられます　　ホント旨くて言葉がないくらい。

　おにぎりにも最高の具材となります。　この味のおにぎりを残してきた子はおりませーん　

　こんな有名になって手軽に買えるようになっていることを知りませんでした。便利になったな～
