・節電に一役買う クラフトチーズレシピ♪♪

　昨日はボートレース場の話でした。　子供も連れていけるデートスポットという感じになって
　欲しいですね～。　まだまだオヤジ臭かったですわ(－－〆)ずいぶん垢ぬけたけれど。　


　節電の夏　　　キッチンに立つのは一苦労しますねぇ

　いかに火を使わずに、また短時間で調理をするか！　そんなことばかりを考えながら調理。
　特に気をつけなくても、必然的に冷たい料理が多くなっているかもしれません。
　ものぐさな私は、２つのことをいっぺんに終わらせたい．．．などと思うわけでして．．．
　例えば、ご飯を炊く時に一緒にアルミホイルに包んだ卵を数個投入しちゃいます。
　これで、茹で卵もできあがるので
　同じ要領で、ジャガイモやカボチャをふかしたり　⇒　ポテト＆カボチャサラダのできあがり。
　
　後は、火を一切使わない料理を考案することですよね～
　子どもにも材料を揃えておけば自分でやってもらえますし。　夏はそれが一番。

　そんな我が家に　節電レシピのレパートリーが増えるアイテムが届きましたのよ～

    　ほらね～   　ドーンと！

　KRAFTのチーズはあまりに有名なのでご存じなはず。　でも、食べたことはあるでしょうかね？

　　　　　　　　　　　　クラフト フィラデルフィアクリームチーズ／200g　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　北海道産の生乳と生クリームをブレンドしたクリーミーでコクがたっぷり
　　　　　　　　　　　　クラフト まるごと北海道フレッシュモッツァレラ／100g
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ふんわりしたミルク味ともちもちの食感が特徴
　　　　　　　　　　　　クラフト 切れてるチーズ／164g
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　柔らかな口当たりとまろやかな口どけ　切れている便利さ！

　この３品を使い　クラフトチーズレシピ　に挑戦してみようと思うのです

　おお、レシピがたっくさん。
　その中で　節電レシピを閲覧してみる。　自宅にあるものだけで作れるのが　まずコレですね～
　チャレンジしたのは簡単サンド。　クラフト まるごと北海道フレッシュモッツァレラ　使用

　　
　　　　フランスパンと　　　　　ハムを４ツ切り　　　　フレッシュモッツァレラを薄切り　　マヨ+マスタード
　
　レタスも挟んで　　できあがり～　簡単！
　　　　　　　　　　　　　「ロースハムとモッツァレラのバケットサンド」　
　あまりに簡単なのに　見栄えが良くてちょっと気分がイイ　　感じです。
　パクっと一口。
　美味しい！モッツァレラチーズは主張しすぎない生乳仕立ての癖のない味が好きです。
　ただ．．．何か物足りない。　
　味が足りない？　粒マスタードの量が少なすぎたかなぁ？　　ちょっと考えて．．．
　モッツァレラ部分に粒コショウを足してみた。
　うんっ！　これだ！　旨い。　コショウとチーズがベストマッチ。
　今回はマヨとロースハムの組み合わせだけれど、生ハムとオリーブオイルでも合いそう。
　レパートリーが広がって　楽しくなってきました　

　残ったバケットで、他のものも作ってみた。
　　　　見辛いけれど、マヨ＆エビ＆きゅうり＆ゆで卵
　ゆで卵は、今は毎日　炊飯時に作っているのでストックがあるのです。
　そしてスペシャルの味付けが、クラフト 切れてるチーズを細かく切って混ぜているの。
　味にぐっと深みが増します。

なんとなく、卵の殻に付いた水がご飯に炊かれないか心配ですが大丈夫ですか？　ジャガイモとか凄い便利そう
