　今日は海苔のご紹介。　それも「おにぎりのり」です。　香りが命！が伝わってきます。　

　夏は食欲が進まないけれど、美味しいおにぎりならパクっとイケますね　

　おにぎりの決め手は............ 海苔？具材？お米？それとも塩？
　答えは簡単。全部ですっ

　絶対。

　ご紹介したいのは　この　大橋新蔵　の　おにぎりのり
　寿司はね　を３ツ切りしたものですが、味は抜群です。

　まずは簡単にごま昆布で！　ものの3分もすると...とにかく香りが立ってくるんです。

　　　　

　　　　　　　　　　　豚のあぶり焼き　　　　　　　　　　　　チャーシューとグリンピース

　この他、梅とじゃこ味など次々作ったら、香りに包まれる中、10枚をあっという間に使い切り
　あーん
　もう売り切れです。　しっかし美味しい。　海苔の香りに　本当に幸せを感じますよ。

　具はどうしても子どもたちが好きなものになりがちだけれど...
　ダーリンが言いました。
　「なんで全部使っちゃうの？　俺らだけがこの海苔で、子どもたちはいつものでいいじゃん」と
　・・・　子どもたちにも美味しい海苔で作ってあげたい！　たまには！　という母心　

　でも．．．言われてみれば　そうとも言える。　もっと味わえばよかった　

もう週明けですね。　本当に１週間は早い。　今日はサイドワークに追われる日です。　本当
　は、小学生の三男の宿題残りが気になっているのですけれど...　巡回は遅延中です

いいツヤの海苔でバリッと食べて美味しそうです。
具は普通のものでも美味しいですが、塩辛が好きですね。
