・冷凍食品で節電♪♪

　今日は節電料理のお勧めです。　冷凍食品を再度見直してみませんか～？使えますw


　冷凍食品で　普段の料理に使うものって。。。　

　麺類と青もの野菜．．．　それ位かな？　皆さんはどうでしょう。　
　ｅｇｇは　その他のものは完全にお弁当用です。

　では
　　　　これなら何に使う？

　やはり．．．お弁当用ですね。
　これは　ＡＪＩＮＯＭＯＴＯさんの　お弁当作りの強い味方「自然解凍シリーズ」　
　いつもお世話になっております　
　
　何がウリって　ずばり「自然解凍」でＯＫだということです。
　特殊な製法で、自然解凍でも美味しくいただけるようになっているのですね。
　この文言がないものは自然解凍のままは無理ですから～　調理方法は守りましょう。
　チキンもエビも良質な素材を軟らかく美味しく仕上げてあります。
　
　これら．．．もちろん電子レンジでの温めも可能です。
　しかし今日は　「節電」　を意識して、敢えて一切火を加えずに料理をしてみようと思います。

　調理の前に　　現在どんな節電をしていますか？

　ｅｇｇは無駄な電気を極力使わない努力をしてはいますが、、、
　一番大変なのは子どもたちへの指導なのです。

　口で言うだけではなかなか理解してもらえないし、協力も怠り始めています。
　電気は　階段やトイレなどがつけっぱなしなることが多くなりました。　
　ゲームやパソコンの電源が入りっぱなしのことも。
　全て　チェックしては注意して回っている状態です　

　ダーリンは　「いちいち注意する間があるなら、自分で消せば！」と言います。
　それじゃ意味がないのですよ。
　自分でやった方が早いのは当然です。　それでは息子たちのためになりませんから。

　ｅｇｇが心がけている節電は
　　　・冷蔵庫、エアコンの設定温度を上げる
　　　・充電器の近くにタイマーを置いて、充電完了時にコンセントプラグから抜く
　　　・浴室乾燥をやめ、小窓を開けて対応
　　　・ドラム式洗濯機の乾燥機能を極力使わずに外に干す
　　　・食器洗い乾燥機も使わない
　　　・水槽の日射時間を減らす
　こう考えてみると、我が家って贅沢だわ・・・便利品ばかり使っているわ

　小さなことからコツコツとやっていきます。　
　もともとエアコンが好きではないのだけれど、９０センチ水槽があるので夏場も常にエアコン。
　これは駄目だと思い、今年は水槽用のクーラーを購入。
　電気代はかかるけれど、部屋全体のクーラーとは消費電力がぜんぜん違います。
　それ以前の問題で、水槽が贅沢なわけだけれど、こればかりは見捨てるわけにいかないし。

　ＬＥＤ電球にも徐々に替え始めています。

　超小さなエコとして、電動アシスト自転車も、坂以外は電源オフにしております。はい。

　さて　　調理にとりかかりますか。　といっても火を使わないからかんたーん。
　　　　　　　　　　
コストコで買ったディナーロールを使います。
冷凍庫から出し、これも自然解凍中！
なんだかタワーのようですね。

今回チキンとエビの冷凍食品を使いますが、
それぞれの料理を各１品作るのではなく
２商品を使った料理を２品作ってみましょう。


　トレイから出してみると　
　こんな大きさですから．．．

　まずはこれらも自然解凍
　なんてする必要なし
　このままどんどん調理します。

　調理ってほどのものでもない
　乗っけるだけ
　はさむだけ　ですから～～～
　１つ　工程を忘れていましたわ
　切る位はちょっとやりましょうね～

　出来上がりの　「自然解凍で節電レシピ」　はコレ

　　　チキンとエビのご馳走サラダ
　チキンとエビのプチサンド　
　
　サラダの方は、味付けはオリーブオイルと少々の塩のみ。
　その理由は　冷凍のチキンにもともとレモン＆バジルの風味と味がついているからです。
　チキン自体に味がしっかり付いていたので、味付けは薄くて正解でした。
　　
サンドの方は　好みで調味料をオン

マヨネーズとケチャップ、粒マスタードをのせ
食べてみたところ
美味！
これはエビの方です。

家族全員このエビ寄せフライが実は大好きです。
あっという間にエビだけなくなりました。
これは今後も絶対に作らなくちゃ！！
　チキンもハーブとレモンがマッチして何もつけなくても美味しくいただけちゃいました。

　「たまにはいいね～」　という家族。　自然解凍で節電レシピのレパートリーを増やして
 　もっと積極的に取り入れていきたいと思いました

わたしも、冷凍食品はもっぱらお弁当要員ですね。
ご飯炊いておけば、万が一寝過ごしても、
高校生の息子が、黙々と自分の弁当箱におかずを詰め込んで、
でかけていってくれる・・・いい時代になりました（笑）
以前、給食センターの栄養士さんに「これは使える！」とすすめられたのは、
冷凍の讃岐うどんでしたよ。
使いこなせれば、すごく奥が深いんだろうなぁー。
