・コラーゲンを簡単に取り入れちゃおう♪♪

　今日はコラーゲンのご紹介です。　いろいろなタイプの中で、今回は液状ですよ～。

最近はほんとコラーゲンコラーゲンコラーゲンですよねぇ

普通に、骨付きの手羽元とか煮込んだあとの煮こごりとか　これもコラーゲンなのかしら～って見つめちゃいます
子供のころは、魚の煮つけの煮こごりがすきだったわぁ
