・もう困らない 野菜炒め ♪♪

　今日は　食卓の強い味方をご紹介しちゃいます。　料理の新たなレパートリーに加えて　


　野菜炒めはお好きですか　　　よく作りますか？　味がワンパターンになりませんか？

　いきなりすみません。　eggは野菜炒めが大好き。　
　でも　自分で作るより、ラーメン屋さんで食べる　具材がシャキッとした野菜炒めが好き。
　今のご時世　そんなことを言ってはいられません。
　食べたい．．．と思ったら、自分で作らないとね。
　ただ、具も味もどうしてもワンパターンになりがちではありませんか？　考えるのも苦

　１０種類ある、野菜炒め用の味付け。
　これらを自宅の調味料で作ろうとしたら、すごい香辛料の数が必要でしょうね。
　それが手間いらずで、ピタッと味が決まるのが嬉しいじゃありませんか。　これなら悩まない。
　いえ　悩みます。。。　　どれを使うか。。。　だって

　　　　　　　　　　　
　この通り　全種類をお試しさせていただけるのですから　　　　　失礼！嬉しい悩みでした。

　早速使い始めました。
　　
　　　　　　　　とんこつ醤油味　　　　　　　　　　　　　　豚とニラ、キャベツのとんこつ醤油炒め

　とにかく簡単です。　余分な調味料が一切不要ですから。　１袋　２～３人前で使いやすいです。
　少量使いで済むから　よいことを考えました　
　同じ材料で、味付けだけ変えることも可能なことです！　お弁当に応用できるので助かる～～

　　　　ニラを抜いてもやしを入れ、ゆず胡椒で味付けした例


　野菜炒めだけではなく、香りをチェックしたら　こんな風に作りたくなってしまったのが．．．．．．

　　
　　　　　　　　塩バター味　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　塩バターチャーハン

　簡単にとても美味しいチャーハンが作れました。　かなり好評でした！

　
　使ってみて思ったのは、２～３人前の量が使い勝手がよいということ。
　我が家のように大皿料理が並ぶ家では、２袋使えばいいのです。　
　または　同じ具で２種類の味を作ってしまうのも手です。　実際に楽に作れちゃいましたし。
　材料も肉と野菜というシンプルな組み合わせなので、余計なことを考えずに済みます。
　なんといっても美味しく、自分では作れない微妙な調味料の配分と複雑な味つけ。
　１０通りの味に１０のアレンジができたとしたら、素晴らしい数のメニューになりますよね。
