・酢めし 大ブレイクの予感 ♪

　今日は「酢めしについての特集記事」から考えてみたいと思います。　酢めしはお好き？


　　　　　　　　　　　　　　まずはこんな特集記事からお伝えしましょう　
　　　　　　　　　
　これはオムカレー　　でも何か違う　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　「すし遊禅 ゆう彩華」のドライカレー（850円）
　店名を見れば．．．
　お寿司屋さんですね。　このメニューはそぼろを使ったドライカレーですよね。
　お寿司屋さんでカレー　ということは．．．このカレーのご飯は　「酢めし」　なんですよ。

　その他　「寿司ロコモコ」　「寿司ドリア」　「寿司焼きビビンバ」　などなど。

　単純に白ご飯を酢めしに変えると、色々なメニューがさっぱりと食べられそうな予感あり。
　外食産業が注目し始めているとか。

　これは確実にアリですね～　いろいろ応用ができそうです。


　eggは基本的に酢が苦手なのですが、酢めしは少し入れるとさっぱりで食べられます。
　この梅雨から夏にかけて、多くのメニューが出て欲しいかな～
　各店舗　頑張ってメニューを考案してほしいです。

　eggが手作りしてきた、酢めしを使った料理といえば．．．


　もう数十年前から作っていた　「サラダごはん」　というのがあります。

　　　酢めし　＋　ウインナー　＋　きゅうり　＋　とまと　＋　ミックスベジタブル　＋　チーズ

　　　これらにレタスと塩コショウを加え、透明なカップに入れて　行楽弁当に良く使います。
　　　画像がなくて．．．想像つくかしら？
　　　とても簡単に作ることができて、さっぱりするから、よく運動会などに持っていっていたわ～



　また、先日夕飯で　「手巻きすし」　をしました。
　もちろん　酢めしを作ったのだけれど．．．．．．．．．　いつもと違ったのは具です。

　　　それは．．．スーパーに行ったら、とにかく刺身が高かった。
　　　でも　手巻き寿司と子どもに約束してしまったから、、、生モノはサーモンの柵のみ購入。
　　　後の具は
　　　だし巻きたまご　＋　牛肉の甘辛煮　＋　ホタテのしぐれ煮　＋　納豆　＋　海老キュウリ

　　　他に惣菜のとんかつも細長く切って巻けるようにしました。
　　　海苔だけではなく、サンチェも用意。
　　　いつもの手巻き寿司より、肉が入ったものだから食欲が進む子どもたち。
　　　酢めしをサンチェで包むのも更にさっぱりしていいものですね～



　最後に　あまりの美味しさにビックリした　「イタリア風酢豚」
　
　　　　　　　　　　　　
　
　　　よく行くマンマパスタというお店で食べた料理。　酢豚にしては色が黒いですね。
　　　これ　黒酢ではなく、バルサミコ酢なの。
　　　だから　強烈な酸っぱさと　後から追いかけてくる甘味とのマッチ度が高かったわ。
　　　この汁をちょっとご飯につけて食べてみたところ、甘くてさっぱりしてイケてしまったのよね。
　　　

　酢めしは何も寿司だけに限らず、今後多くのアレンジが出てくることでしょう。

　それは、自宅でも簡単に作ることができるし、持ちもよくなるだろから．．．
　ちょっと頭を使って　もう少しレパートリーを増やしてみよう！　と思ったのでした

テレビのＣＭでも寿司酢のでやってますよね。(*^_^*)
わたしは、あまり酸っぱすぎる酢飯は、だめなのですが・・・少しなら好きです♪

家庭で手巻きなどにするときは・・・粉末の「すしのこ」混ぜてます♪
