・１粒で２度美味しい ♪♪

　今日ご紹介するのは．．．いったいなんでしょう？きっと皆さん好きなはず．．．のもの

　フリーズドライのイチゴです　　どっかーん！

　これは　インテリア雑貨ショップ　アンジェのオリジナル商品なのです。
　
　白っぽいのは　お砂糖に見えるでしょう？　実は違うんですよ。　白いのはね。。。
　「ホワイトチョコレート」　なのです。
　この商品は　「ホワイトいちごチョコ」　というネーミングですの。

　見た目じゃわからないのが、食感です。
　カリッとしているわけじゃないのです。　実にしっとりしているのよ～
　それは．．．チョコでコーティングしているのではなく、チョコが中までしみ込んでいるから。
　そう　フリーズドライのすかすか状態の隙間にしっかりしみ込んでいるのがホワイトチョコ。

　だから柔らかいのですよ。
　そして酸っぱさは後から追いかけてくる感じで、ほんのり甘くていい感じ。
　子どもがパクついていました。

　これくらいの甘酸っぱさだと、パクパクと次から次へ食べる感じではありません。
　１つで　しっかりじっくり味わえる。
　なんとなく口の中で　長持ちするお菓子と言えばわかっていただけるかしら。

　あまりホワイトチョコの味がダイレクトに来ないかな～　砂糖代わりという感じです。
　だから　男性でも食べられるでしょうね。
　面白いお菓子です。　いただいたら嬉しいものでしょうね
