・マ・マーの冷凍生パスタ ♪♪

　今日は　マ・マーの冷凍パスタをご紹介します。　今売り出し中の話題のヤツですよ～～　

　
　実はマ・マーのこの商品に興味がありありで
　数件のスーパーを巡ってみたけれど残念ながら扱っていなかったのです。
　今回は　日清フーズさんにいただいたので　張り切ってご紹介をいたします　

　　　　　　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　マ･マー 冷凍プレーンパスタ　生パスタ　フェットチーネ
　　　　　　　　　　　　マ･マー 冷凍プレーンパスタ　生パスタ　タリオリーニ
　　　　　　　　　　　　青の洞窟　ボロネーゼ
　　　　　　　　　　　　青の洞窟　ペペロンチーニ

　この４品です。２食分の冷凍プレーンパスタですから、それぞれのソースを合わせていきます。

　まず
　　　　どう考えてもボロネーゼはフィットチーネでしょう～

　レンジで３分のお手軽パスタです。　大丈夫かしら？　やったことがないから・・・

　　
　　その間にソースを温め始め　　　玉ねぎとトマトを炒めて　　　　チーンとなったのをドッキング

　あまりにあっけなく出来上がってしまって　拍子抜けするほどです。

　次に　　細麺のタリオリーニ　にさっと和えられるペペロンチーノ作り

　こちらは　先にシリコンスチーマーでブロッコリーを茹でてしまいます。
　もったいないから、そのままスチーマーの容器でパスタも和えてしまいましょう～。
　こちらも３分のチンだけ。　
　本当にすぐにできちゃいます。

　　
　　　チンしたパスタをいれたら　ペペロンチーノの素を入れてほぐす

　これまたすぐにほぐれますね～　そしてトッピングの具をまぶすだけ～　ニンニクがいい香り
　最後にエビを入れてみました。

　　　　　　　　～　ボロネーゼ　～　　　　　　　～　ペペロンチーノ　～
　　　

　何だかすぐに出来上がってしまって、パスタだから時間との戦いですぐに試食しました。
　食べている時の画像をうっかり　

　　　　きゃーほぼ食べ切り状態です。　ボロネーゼが絶品です

　まず　どちらのパスタも弾力があって、程良いアルデンテで計算し尽くされています。
　モチモチ感があるフィットチーネはソースによく絡む。
　食べ応えがあり、楽しめました！　お代わりしたい位でした。　う・ま・い

　タリオリーニの方は　細いがゆえにペペロンチーノの辛さがよく引き立ち、主張しすぎずに
　ラクに食べることができました。
　調理中も　レンジから取り出して和える時は　
　パラパラしながらもしっとりしていて扱い易かったですね～

　たまたま野菜を茹でるのにシリコンスチーマーを使いましたが、ルクエで一気に生パスタを
　調理できてしまうのですって。
　今日普通に作った工程を、そのまま入れてレンジで１０分程で出来上がってしまうみたいです。
　これも要チェックですね　　いつもお世話になっているクックパッドで紹介されています～

　何がオススメって、作ってみて思ったのですが、とにかく簡単に本格的なパスタができるので
　わが家のように　みなバラバラに帰ってきてもソースを作っておけば大丈夫ってところですね。
　全員そろわないと麺を茹でるものはできないと思い込んでいましたから。
　１人分だけ茹でるのはかったるいです。
　でもこれならいつでもチンでできちゃいますから～　しかも納得の美味しさで茹でたてのように！
