・食べてみたよ～青森のご当地ラーメン ♪♪

　　　　一週間前にご紹介した　青森のご当地ラーメンのその後でございますｗ　　　　

　

　そう　青森ご当地ラーメンお取り寄せ こだわり麺工房 高砂  からのお届きもの

　先日は　「お願いランキング」　と絡めたけれど、
　今度は１月２２日放映の「嵐にしやがれ」でも紹介された、　超売れているラーメンなのでした～

　青森では大人気。　３０年以上愛されているロングラン商品らしいけれど．．．
　味噌　+　カレー　+　ミルク　　ってことで、なんとなく不安と期待を持ちながら　調理。

　　　　　　　　　　
　わが家は　麺　といったら　ｅｇｇは動きません。　ぜーんぶ　ダーリンです　

　味噌カレースープが出来上がり。　後は麺をゆでるだけ。　とっても時間が短くて簡単でした。

　　　　　　　　　　

　もともと　わかめとメンマは同封されていました。
　わが家で用意したトッピングは、もやし＆長ネギ＆チャーシュー＆海苔
　自宅でチルド麺を食べることが多いので、常に茹で豚は作ってあります。
　だから　チャチャッと作れちゃいました。

　さて　気になるお味ですが．．．

　面白くて複雑な楽しいお味　というのがｅｇｇの感想です。
　これはスープに対してです。　
　スパイシーなカレー味が効いているから、味噌でもコッテリした感じがないのです。
　この複雑さがいいですね～。
　ミルク風味も、ほんのり甘さが伝わってくる感じで、全く違和感がありません。

　何といっても　麺が美味しい。　もう一度言います。　麺が最高です。
　味があるんです。
　噛むと分かる、この麺についたしっかりとした粉の味がいいの！！

　作り手　ダーリンの感想も、ほぼ同じです。

　カレーのスパイシーさと味噌の加減がいいため、飽きずに最後まで食べられる　と。

　麺のコシを絶賛していましたね。　伸びるのが遅いから最後まで美味しいって。　
　子どもたちは「今まで食べたことがなーい」　といって、〆にご飯を入れて雑炊に　


　家族で楽しめるお味でした～。　取り寄せするにも、贈答にも　面白くてイイですわ。

味噌カレーにミルクまでﾌﾟﾗｽされたスープ!?　って、書かれている通りに子供受けしそうなイメージがしますね。
その上、麺が美味しいのですね。ダーリン手作りときたら、美味しくないわけがないわね！

私が青森駅近くで食べたラーメンは、普通の塩ラーメンだった気がします~~
