・ドトールのミラノサンド もう召し上がりました？ ♪♪

　昨日は興奮冷めやらぬ　サッカーの話題でした。
　週が明けてからは、選手それぞれのインタビューで、当分火が消えそうにないですね～～　

　
　
　昨日は何気なく出した質問．．．
　
　これって何の野菜？　 　　実はカリフラワーなんですよ～。

　話は一旦変わりまーす。
　　美味しいものをゲットしたのでご報告いたしますわ。　　それは。。。

株式会社ドトールコーヒー 　期間限定　新商品 　　　　　　　ミラノサンド　タマゴとスモークベーコン　～彩りサラダ～

　ミラノサンドは内容が変わるので飽きません　
　今回は１月に新発売された　タマゴとベーコンのバージョンです。
　タマゴサラダ+くし型のタマゴ１個がプラスされています。　まさにタマゴのサンドイッチです。
　ちょっと見えにくいけれど、柔らかいスモークベーコンの塩味が丁度よいです。
　野菜サラダは、オリーブ・プチトマト・エンダイブ・トレビスと、鮮やかな彩りです。

　マスタードの辛みもきいていて、パンが柔らかくて食べやすかったですわ～。
　噛むと　新鮮野菜がシャキシャキいうんです。
　こんなにたくさん食べられない・・・　と、半分食べて休んでみたけれど、すぐに再開。完食

　eggはミラノサンドのバンズが好きなんですよね～。　柔らかくてほんのり甘くて食べやすい。
　そして　ザ・タマゴ　が　くどくなくて、最後まで全く飽きずにペロリとイッてしまいました。

　わざわざ食べに行ったのではなく、通りがかりに　「新発売」　の文字と垂れ幕があって。。。
　そそられて入店。
　外出するような格好をしていなかったので、テイクアウトしました。

　その場で作ってくれるのを待っている間．．．．．．
　　イスとテーブルはとてもきれい。　ゴミも落ちていない。　生花が飾られているのね～

　など、要らぬチェックを始めてしまいました。
　違う違う！　覆面調査の癖がついていますの。　純粋なお客でございます！

　待つこと数分
　　
　手提げに入れてもらいました。　　アイスコーヒーは氷抜きでオーダーしました。
　こうして自宅でゆっくり・・・ひとりで　食べたわけです　思ったよりさっぱり頂けました。

　冒頭の野菜の件　ちょっと見慣れない「カリフラワー」　の全容はこれです。

　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　こんな形と色でした　　　　　　　　　　　ここでは　ロマネスコ　という名前

　eggはカリフラワーが大好きなんです。　ブロッコリーよりもカリフラワー。
　昨日の記事では、すでにこの野菜をご存知の方も数人いらっしゃいましたね
　
　通常　「うずまき」　とか　「サンゴ礁カリフラワー」　と言われるそうですよ。
　ちなみに　キャベツの仲間で、ブロッコリーが突然変異して白化したものがカリフラワー

　eggは　カリフラワーよりブロッコリーを後から知ったから、新種だと思っていましたわ。
　逆だったのですね～。
　せっかく？　白くなったのだから、わざわざ色をつけなくても．．．ね。
　でも、トマトも様々な色があるように、カリフラワーも、他にオレンジや紫がありますよね～。
　しかし　２９８円は高かった　イヤ　野菜が高騰しているから妥当なのか？

　まぁ　買ってしまったので調理。
　シリコンスチーマーで蒸してみました。　　　そして．．．サラダにしました～
　　　
　　　

　お味はふつうのカリフラワーと同じですわ　　eggにとってはこの野菜　プチ贅沢品です。
　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

　今日は一日　サイドワークの予定です。　慣れない仕事にトライ。　今日もふぁいとぉ。
