ブームは去ったか？

　昨日は　「切干大根」の使い方に　かなり多くの方がコメントをくださいました。
　他にも簡単レパートリーがあるので、手抜き調理した際に（？）　また紹介しますからね～。　

　昨日の記事の最後に
　紅茶のように見えて紅茶じゃない♪　　　　と．．．．．．．．．．．．
　それは何かと尋ねたら～　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　 ご　ぼ　う　茶  で　ござぁる

　少し前に　TVで話題になりました。
　簡単に自宅で作れて、色々な効果が期待できる　別名「若返りのお茶」でございます。
　ご存知の方も多いことでしょうが、それを作るか作らないか　に大きな違いがあるわけで..

     笹がきして　天日干しすること半日から一日。

　この　↑↑　量でごぼう3本分です。新聞紙の見開き状態で多さがわかってもらえるかと。

　友人に話しても　「笹がきが面倒だから作らない」　と言われます。
　美味しいし安上がりだし　eggはお気に入りなんだけれど、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、
　人に勧めて喜ばれるってものではないみたいです　
　
　年寄りには良いかな？　と思って　母にプレゼントしてみた際も．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．
　実母　：　「美味しいわね～　作るの大変だったでしょう」　と天使のような声　
　義母　：　「癖があるわね～　どうせ作るなら煎じた方がいいんじゃない」　と　

　まぁ　感謝されるとは思いませんでしたけれどね。　難くせ付けるのが生きがいみたいで。
　
　ごぼう茶の効能はすごーいものがあるので、興味がある方は調べてみてください。

　ブログにアップするにあたって　ちょっとごぼう茶について調べてみたら、eggのように手作りし
　なんと　ネットで販売をしている方もいるんですね～　一般人です。　　ビックリ

中国のごぼう茶は結構厚めに切ってあるんですよ
なぎこさんのブログでも紹介されてて、いつか中国のを紹介♪っておもいつつけてまだ写真にも撮ってません。
ちゃんと写真撮ってアップしてみます～♪
