なんじゃ？ こりゃ？

　eggという名　覚えておいででしょうか。
　「生きていたの？」　と言われてしまいそうです。　ずっと気にはなっていたのです。。。　

　皆さんがしっかりブログを更新しているのを見ています。
　eggも　時々お仲間に入れてくださいませ　　そう、またボチボチと。

　今日は特別な日だったので、メモリーの意味で思い切ってブログ掲載。
　そんなに粋がらないとブログが書けないのか～？って感じですね。　書き方を忘れそう

　今日のお題は
　　　　　　　　　　なんじゃこりゃ？
　わかりますか　これは「素甘（すあま）」です。　全国的に使う言葉でしょうか？

　売り物の形は　かまぼこを切ったような形の和菓子ですけれどね。
　これはeggの手作りです。　白っぽく見えるのは打ち粉の片栗粉です。

　何度か練習して　今日が本番だったのですが．．．
　残念ながら　アップできるような仕上がりではない　タイムオーバーでコレです。
　
　egg自身は　「すあま」は苦手です。
　亡き父の大好物だったのです。　そして今日は父の七回忌　

　母は父の好物としてお供えし、もったいない精神で処理するために食べ続けた所．．．
　私と同様に苦手だったのに　大好きに変身したのだとか。

　という事で、１ヵ月前から作り続けて　１０分程で簡単に作れるようになりました
　何はともあれ　東京は晴天で気分良く法要ができました　

　お伝えしたいことは山ほどあります。　ゆっくり記事にしていきます。
　eggのドジぶりにも拍車がかかって、笑い話もたーくさんありますから。お楽しみに！
