・秋色満載！ エル・ア・ターブル2013年11月号

　今回は雑誌「エル・ア・ターブル」のご紹介です。　初めてのご紹介ではないですよ～。



　私は　エル・ア・ターブル　が大好き

たくさん紹介されており、ｅｇｇの大好
きな前菜風の簡単に作れる料理の
レシピもあるので、使えますぞ！



　付録も見逃せない・・・　　

　今号の付録レシピは　「秋の洋食」　
　これは楽しいですよ～～
　ブルサンチーズの使い方も興味深かったし、大好きな太白ごま油のパンケーキも真似して
　みたい。
　すぐに作りたくなるくらい腕がうずうずしています　（ってそれほどの腕はないが・・・）

　一通り読んでから、もう一度読み直した記事がコレ

　確かに！　これからの季節の朝食に是非ともホットサンドを作りたい。
　子どもたちの大好物です。
　でも、ｅｇｇが作るのは「卵とソーセージのケチャップサンド」のみ。　
　レパートリーがなかった．．．

　それが　出てくる出てくる　あれこれ考えられないような組み合わせのサンドが！！

　「パテといちじく」　「ツナとモッツァアレラ」　「オイルサーディン＆プルーン」
　「ポークソテーとりんご」　「ブランダード」　「きのこのマリネとキャロットラペ」
　「鶏肉のローストとハーブ」　「牛肉のクリームソテー」　「半熟たまご」　etc.

　もう止まらない！　明日にでも作りたいですね。
　結局　なんでもござれであり、マッチするものを探す冒険心も芽生えてしまいました！

　これでトータルコーディネイトだわ　　　ますますキッチンに立つのが楽しくなります。
