・牛スジ大好き♪♪

　今回は「牛スジ肉」のご紹介です。　皆さんは牛すじを食べますか？　購入しますか？　


　牛の筋肉は、我が家では貴重な部位です　

　煮込みに使ったり、カレーに使ったり、スープにしたり。　よくお目見えいたします。
　なぜって？？　ダーリンの大好物だからです　

　今回モニターさせていただいた牛スジ肉は

　ティーエムジーインターナショナルは、レアなお肉や塊肉をお手頃価格で提供してくれるサイト
　なのです。　パーティ用のお肉も豊富な品ぞろえですぞ。

　まずは
　　　　どーんと塊ノチルド状態から
　　　　オーストラリア産　
　　　　５００ｇ

　あと１年ほど冷凍保存できるお肉を、じっくり解凍してゆでこぼしをしました。
　下処理が面倒という方　多いですよね～
　でも、大したことはありませんよ。
　ゆでこぼすだけですから。　我が家は確実にダーリンの役目ですから　

　そして出来上がったものは

　　　　牛スジスープです。

　ネギと水菜、大根やニンジン、ごぼうの根菜と一緒に圧力をかけて出来上がり～～～～～～

　おっとこの牛スジ肉はグレードが高いです。
　赤身のお肉部分がたっぷりついています。
　ともすると筋だらけで噛み切れないようなこともあるのですが、これはたっぷり肉が味わえる！
　牛スジ肉自体も美味しいのですが、スープが絶妙で優しいお味に仕上がりました
