・「学研教室の先生」教室見学ツアー

　今回は先日行ってきた　「学研教室」　の様子をレポートさせていただきますね～。　


　お子様をお持ちでないとピンとこない話題だと思いますが......　

　子育て真っ最中の方、または子育てを卒業した方のどちらにもお伝えしたい内容です。

　先日
　　　　こちらの教室に行きました

　ご自宅の一部を改築された教室でした　　

　　　　こちらが先生！！
　　　　　神奈川県川崎市多摩区の桝形教室　深江智子先生

　学研の教材に関しては、知識が乏しいです。
　でも、友人が2人学研教室を都内で開いているので、興味はありました。

　教材内容を見せていただきました。

　　　　
　　　

　本当は内容やポイントまでしっかりお聞きしたので伝えたいところですが。。。
　そこまでは私自身が飲みこめませんでした。
　無学年方式で、子どもたちは苦手箇所を克服し、上に進んでいく形です。

　しっかり勉強と研究をされ続けて、先生は勤続10年になっているのだと思いました。

　深江先生は教材を信頼し、愛しているのが伝わってきました。

　夏休みの午前中というイレギュラーな状態でしたが、常時10人ほどの生徒がいました。

　　　

　私が注目したのは生徒の手元確認！
　考えがら答えを導き出していましたね～

　不安な生徒はすかさず質問に行きますが、先生はあらゆる小道具を使って丁寧に対応！
　小道具は先生のオリジナルだそうです。

　学校でもつまづきやすいところを、どのように教えているのか？？
　まだ小学生の子供を持つ親としては、厳しい目で見てしまっていたかもしれません。

　結果、分かるまでコツコツと！という感じでした。
　2時間も粘る小学低学年に対し、先生は労いの言葉をしっかりとかけていました。

　この時間から先生への質問タイム。　ブロガーから積極的な質問が飛び交いました。

　ｅｇｇもいくつか質問させていただきました　

　誠意をもって全ての質問に答えてくれた先生は、障害児を抱えた経歴の持ち主です。
　ご自分のライフワークを考えた際
　「自宅で出来ること」　「他の仕事と兼業が可能」　「工夫をすれば可能性が広がる仕事」
　などの理由で、学研教室を開くことにしたのだそうです。

　学研にお子様を通わせたことがなくても、自分の仕事として取られることも可能です。


　今日お伝えしたかったことは、もちろん学研ってどんなところ　　を知ってもらうこと。

　ということももちろんですが、焦点を学研教室の先生にあてて、先生職はいかが
　
　ｅｇｇ自身も、教えることが大好きなので今も教育系で働いています。
　ポイントは、独立して自分で立ち上げるかどうかという所でしょう。

　自宅で週に2回開く形が基本パターンだそうです。
　今は、自宅以外を借りて開く方や、生徒数が多くなりもっと回数を多くして充実させている
　方などもいるようですね。

　子育て経験のある方、なくても子供が好きな方は仕事としてとらえるのはいかがでしょう。
