・Relaxation Festa 2012 Health&Beautydock に行ってきました♪♪

　先日告知したリラクゼーションイベントにふらりと訪れてみました。　気持ち良かったぁぁ

　
　たった3日間しか開催していない貴重なイベントでした　

　それが　「Relaxation Festa 2012 Health&Beautydock」

　　　　　　　　
　
　　場所　　新丸ビル７Ｆ　丸の内ハウス　ライブラリー
　　日時　　７月２６日（木）～２８日（土）までの　１１：００～２４：００

　ｅｇｇは最終日の土曜日に、ふら～っと１人で行ってみました。　
　駅は二重橋です。　ドアツードアで３５分という近さでしたね。　まずは新丸ビル内をパチリ！

　　　　逆光の先の光景は

　　　　東京駅でございますっ
　　　　　　　　　　そんな新丸ビルの７階まで上がってみると．．．

　　　　お馴染の案内がありましたね～
　　　　すぐにスタッフから声をかけていただきました

　　　　案内されてイベントの入口まで

　　　　これから始まる
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　優雅な空間でございますぞ

　　　
　　　　　　　ぎゃーーー　最初にやった血管年齢診断　５７歳って何よぉ　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ああ・・・　もっと生命保険に入るか？

　　　
　　　　　　　　　心と体のバランスは６４点・・・　落ち込んでいるとまずまずの結果だと

　　　　一番気になっていたのは肌診断の結果
　　　　　推定５０歳ですって・・・　やはり凹む

　
　ここはリラクゼーションスペースですから、ここからの巻き返しをはからないと行けませんね～
　身体のリフレッシュを目的にわざわざ来たのでした　

　コレを体験したかったのですよ　～　ファミリー株式会社「CALACO」

　　　　　　　　はいはい！　では行きますよ～このチェア

　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　ｅｇｇはブラウンの落ち着いた色合いのチェアで体験しました

　１５分ほど体験させてもらいました。　うっとりする感じ。　あと１時間やっていたかったです。
　一番注目していたのは、骨盤バランスを保つ機能！！
　骨盤がグッと締め付けられるのも気持ち良かったけれど、お尻までコリコリしてくれるんです。
　腿の付け根あたりまで揉み玉が当たるの！　これは今までに体験したことがないです。

　スタッフの方々は．．．
　めっちゃ細くて綺麗な方々ばかりでしたよ　ああなりたい！と思えるような。　
　満面の笑みで出迎えから見送りまでしてくれました。

　身体は癒されましたね～気分もすっきりしました。　今後の課題も見つかりましたし。
　健康を保たねば！！

　　　　ステーキを食べて．．
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　英気を養う　　　ステーキで　

　週末に元気になるイベントに参加でき、リフレッシュしたことで大満足なｅｇｇでした。
