・大豆粉でクッキング 《失活大豆粉編》

　週末はあれこれクッキング♪　子どもと一緒にホワイトデーのものなども・・・チャレンジ！


　皆さんは大豆粉って聞いたことがありますか　　　大豆粉ときな粉はまた違います。

　米粉やきな粉、上新粉、白玉粉、本葛など、、、
　さまざまなこだわりの粉を提供しているのは　みたけ食品工業（株）　さま　

　いま　発売前の大豆粉を使って　あれこれ試してみることになりました。
　ソネブロでは、他に　shimaさんやマーブル☆さんも参戦しているみたいです。
　
　eggは...　かなり遅ればせながら、ちょこっと試作を開始　

　作ってみたのは　手軽で簡単それなのに美味しい　『チヂミ』　です。


  

　材料はシンプルです。　大豆粉と、ニラ、卵、柿。　柿　

　　　　　　　　　　　　　

　大好きな富有柿。　この時期でもある八百屋さんで買い占めてしまいました。　それ位好き。

　チヂミはいつも作っているのですが、大豆粉は初めて。　
　失敗はしたくないので、半量を片栗粉にしてみました。　もっちり感が欲しいからです。


　　


　できましたぞ。　余った生地は、油を使わずにケークサレっぽくアルミカップへ。

　まず、柿チヂミ。　大豆粉の味がしっかりします。　大豆を感じますね。
　これはいままでのチヂミとは一味違います。　多分、牛乳と豆乳位の違いがあると思います。
　嫌いでなければ、全く問題なし！　　健康的なチヂミのできあがりです　
　１００％大豆粉ではなく、片栗粉で割って正解ですね。　もちもちの生地が出来上がりました。

　野菜のサレもなかなか美味しかったです。　子供は違和感なく食べてくれましたよ～。


　また、これは画像を残すほどのものではないのですけれど...

　エノキ茸の軸だけをソテーしたもの。
　ここは捨ててしまうのもったいないですよ。大豆粉＆バターでソテー
　うん　大豆粉の味が引き立って、最後に垂らした醤油とベストマッチ


　こんな感じで、小麦粉がわりに大豆粉を使用して、料理の幅を広げていきたいと思います。

大豆粉って乾燥おからとは違うんですよね？
私は乾燥おからを使ってお好み焼き焼いたり
ハンバーグ作ったりしてます^^
