・大豆粉でクッキング 《ホットケーキミックス編》

　なかなか皆さんのところにまたもお邪魔できていませんが、ぼちぼち週末には～～　　


　先日は大豆粉でチヂミを作ってみたのですが。。。
　　　　
こんな感じネ
普通の小麦粉と同様の使い方はできるけれど
水＆火加減に工夫が必要なことは確か。

でも、家族全員健康に気をつけた食材を使える
ということ自体が幸せですよね～

大豆粉にだいぶ慣れてきたところで、あれこれ
他にもチャレンジしてみることにしました。

今日は　大豆粉ホットケーキミックスを使います。
何を作ったかと言いますと...　ホットケーキ　

　「まんまじゃん　　」　ってそっぽ向かないでくださーい　アレンジも頑張ったから　

　まずは、大豆粉は焦げやすいので、薄く短時間で焼くことにしてみました。

　　　　　

　一枚ごとに上手に焼けるようになってきました。　ホットケーキをそのまま食べてみると．．．
　うん！　ほのかな大豆の甘味のみで、何にでもアレンジできる感じがしましたね。

　普通はミックス粉＋牛乳＋卵　だけでよいけれど、余っていた生クリームを少し入れてみた。
　いい感じにまろやかな生地になったと思います。

　これを、ハチミツやバターで食べるのもいいけれど、せっかくの週末だからこんな風に。

　昨年１２月に房総旅行に行った時にやった陶芸。　忘れたころに届くと言われていました．．．
　ホント　忘れたころにやってきましたｗ


　調子に乗って、小さなケーキを焼いて、、、栗の甘露煮を潰したものを餡にした　「どら焼き」

　　　　　　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　大豆粉でしっかりどら焼きができているでしょ？


　ホットケーキミックス粉は１５０ｇを使用。　最後にボールにちょっと残った分を牛乳で更に割り
　クレープ生地を作ってみたぞ　

　　　　

　もちもちでしっとりした生地に野菜類を巻いて、お洒落な１品になりました。　味も上品！
　　　　　

　１５０ｇのミックス粉と、１種類のみの生地でアレンジが簡単にできてしまいましたよん

　ミックス粉は普通の大豆粉よりも扱いやすかったですね。　
　もっといろいろケーキ類を考えたくなりました。　まだ粉は十分にあるので、チャレンジモア！



　今日はメインワークです。　お弁当→朝食→ウォーキング→夕食の支度　ここまでやって
　ようやく仕事場までチャリを漕ぐこと４０分。　そうだ！その前にアンケート調査でした！
