・だしがうまい 手塩屋 ♪♪

　今日もおせんべいの紹介です。　かた焼きが好きですか？やわらか目がいいですか？


　なぜか．．．６月後半は「おせんべい」のピンポーン♪♪　が多かったです。


　　　ご存知　　亀田製菓さん～

　堅やきせんべいと言えば．．．手塩屋というほどにヒットしているおせんべい。

袋を開けると　ぷーんと香ってきます。
塩でも醤油でもない　だし　の香り。
すごく　だしが主張しているのですわぁ

　



　しお・・・　ぷくぷくした形から想像するよりはずっと軽いです。　さっぱり。
　しょうゆ・・・　ごつごつした形からの想像通り　醤油がしっかりと主張している味です。

　ただしどちらもとても上品にしあがっているのは　やはりだしがきいているのでしょう。

簡単に茶碗蒸しを！　
中は　鶏肉・えだまめ・なると・しいたけ
卵３つを　だしで割って．．．
ラーメンどんぶりでレンジでチン！　簡単



侮ったため　すが立ってしまったぁぁぁ

　　　あんかけに変更ですっ


　だしを割ってとろみをつけました。　
　トッピングに　小エビとグリンピース。
　グリンピースは生に限ります！　この時期のグリンピースはなんておいしいの？？

　ただし　これじゃレシピ投稿は難しいわねぇぇ　独創性がゼロですもの。
　一応ポイントは　どんこシイタケの味と風味を存分に味わえるということですね。
　シイタケ嫌いにはどうにもならない料理でしょう。


　ちょっと開き直って．．．
